Hired Volta for a variety of electrical jobs in my house including installation of new larger switch plates. It took longer than anticiptaed, which isn't a big deal but they ultimately made a clumsy mistake and sawed a gash in my home's hundred-year old wood molding beyond where the switch plate was installed - they also marred the wood in the area with random dings. It's such a stupid error, and there is really nothing that can be done to fix it - at best some restoration techniques could be used to make it less visible.

Ultimately would not recommend if you are looking for workers that will respect your home.

They tried to charge me over 3k and charge me 280 and hr for the serviceman. All because I was located in a very rich area ... I'm glad they called me today to follow up. So I could leave this review. The guy who came to do the estimate wasn't even an electrician! He said ""I'm not a thief or conman ."" I knew right then and there. He was . I got the same job done for $400 ... this is a scam. Would not recommend

it took them forever to finish the work and on top of that it was not completed so I had to find somebody else to come to finish the work they promised me they gonna finish it out for me, and they never did. it was just a disaster

if you do hire them, please make sure the technician has experience. I never expected the Owner also will lie to me about to complete the work.

Converted gas to electric induction cooktop. We needed to upgrade to 220volts / 50amps to accommodate the new appliance. We got a reasonable estimate from Eric, and two days later the electrician, Jesse, completed the work. This was a big job. A dedicated circuit was installed in the exterior electrical panel, the wiring was routed from the rear of the house to the kitchen island via the crawl space. The electrician connected the junction without cutting or damaging the existing moisture barrier attached to the subflooring.
Jesse arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our home environment. We will definitely call Volta for all future electrical work.

After all of the rain, one of my outside outlets stopped working that powered my sprinklers and landscape lighting. I saw that this business got high reviews and called them. Harry fit me in the same day and was able to replace the outlet with a new cover and even made sure that my lights worked and replaced a light bulb! Great service, very professional and responsive. If I need an electrician again, I will call Harry. Highly recommend!

My GFCI circuit in the kitchen quit working, and I could not get it to reset. I tried flipping the breakers, nothing worked. Eric from Volta Electric found the simple problem, and the cost was $0. He was friendly and professional. I will take my future business to Volta.
