After my initial post I got in touch with Eric again. He is a very professional and polite individual, it was a part of the service I missed since he does mostly the electrical phase. He set me up with a patch crew and worked with me on my days off to fill the holes in the ceiling. All the holes that were created from hanging fans by his crew have now been filled in. Thanks again Eric. We now can continue with other projects.
