It's crazy leave a review for someone who you didn't actually hire but it's worth sharing the AMAZING customer service I received from Volt Electric. I was thinking of doing a couple of household projects and the Ben the owner was SO honest about everything that I asked him and he never felt like I was bothering him.

I ended up not doing the projects so didn't need his services but rest assured the next time I need something I can expect Volt Electric to do the job!

I hired Volt Electric to install a photocell to turn on outdoor lights at night. Nick come out to do the estimate (and fixed a couple of minor problems while he was here) and Mike did the installation. Both were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Other electricians I contacted in an effort to get quotes either did not respond at all or did not follow through, whereas Volt contacted me several times regarding the what I needed, scheduling the appointments, providing the quote and receipt when the work was completed. I would definitely use them again.

Volt was recommended to us by a jacuzzi store. They came out and gave us a quote, but wanted to take a route that was more than dbl the necessary route. When I called to ask for clarification and ask for a break down of the quote into time & material, and I never received a return call or email. Called and spoke the the receptionist first and then emailed a few days later. Very unprofessional. I worked for an electrical contractor for 7 years, and a construction management firm for 5. I know what is acceptable, what they need to break down for me in a quote upon request, and what I should be able to expect from a licensed contractor, regardless of trade.
