I had some recessed lighting fixtures that stopped working after I had some remodeling done. I decided to also get a quote for whole-home surge protection. I called Vitality mid-afternoon, and even though their main office is in California, they were available here in Plano. They promptly scheduled an appointment the next morning.

Benjamin was slightly late, but immediately understood the issue and got to work. He found the issue quickly. He then gave me a reasonable quote on the surge protector, and showed me the parts cost from Home Depot. He completed that work quickly as well. Prompt, efficient, and reasonable cost. That's exactly what I was hoping for.

Called back in an hour and setup an appointment the same day ! Came in early and finished the job of moving an outlet in 20 -30 minutes or so. Plumber was there fixing my new tankless water heater and he said that the electrician did a great job. Will definitely call Vitaliy back if I need electrical problem fixed in my house .
