It was extremely fast and easy to coordinate an in home estimate and follow up appointment to assemble and install 3 modern chandeliers with many parts, one flush mount and 4 bathroom vanity lights. I needed to install 2 light fixtures and an outlet in the attic. I sent out a quote request through Yelp on 5/25/2022. Vitaliy (the owner) responded within 5 minutes. He requested that I send him some pictures of the attic where I wanted to place the fixtures and outlet. After I sent the pics, he gave me a reasonable quote.

Over the next couple days, I received 3 more quotes from other contractors. One from a five-star rated contractor was outrageous - they asked for several thousand dollars. Vitality Electric quote was the best among the bunch.

I scheduled the work to be done within 2 days.

2 technicians showed up at my house on time. They finished the job in a timely manner and explained what they did. One of the technicians gave me his phone number for any follow up questions.

I'm very satisfied with this company's work.

Circuit breaker got messed up after a power surge/outing. Ended up being a pretty simple fix, but I don't mess around with electricity so I wasn't going to fiddle with the switches much when they were real jammed.

selling point was that they came out next day to help which was important because the house was without power. others were saying they wouldnt be able to come out for a few days

I called these guys to help me with an electrical issue I was having with my AC/Furnace not receiving power. The HVAC company asked that I call an electrician to fix the wiring since it was misconfigured on the initial set up from the previous installers. So I called Vitality Electric.

What I liked about Vitality Electric was that they did send somebody out the same day and were very responsive. The electrician that came onsite was very friendly however he spoke no English which made it very challenging to communicate and to help him understand what the initial problem was. Anyways he did fix some wiring configuration to get my HVAC unit up and running however it did not solve it long-term as it went out an hour later after he left. In fact I called him back to come fix the issue only for him to tell me that it was HVAC company's problem not his. That didn't go well with me.

The next day I called the HVAC company and they said what the electrician ""fixed""really wasn't the problem instead he should have fixed the wiring on the circuit box outside that ran the power to the AC unit. The HVAC company called an electrician who then fixed the problem and finally the AC unit worked. I felt that I spent a lot of money with Vitality Electric but yet in the end it did not solve my problem. I will not use these guys again and probably try somewhere else if I ever have an electrical issue.

1 star removed because the tech was over 3 hours late (for which Vitality adjusted the invoice). Otherwise, Luis was professional, friendly and nailed the repair within an hour. Reasonably priced and recommended.
