Installed a GFI plug in my Master Water Closet for a Bidet. Their primary work was done fine. But, the overhead light in the room began flickering when the Bidet was used. I called and set up an appointment for the same day; ..they were a no show. I called again and set up another appointment
for the following day; ..again, a no show! I called again 3 days later and had to be very forceful to get their attention. They finally showed up. The problem was not their work but a faulty dimmer switch on the same line that began failing immediately after their installation.
Their work was good but reliability is certainly a problem.

After reaching out to several electrical contractors, many were already booked or busy to do the work needed. Vitality Electric responded right away as I needed someone to come out and wire an outdoor outlet for our fountain, hang a fan and two exterior lights. They said they could get a crew out in 2 days which worked perfectly with our timing. The guys showed up at 7:30am and did not leave for the full day as they completed all 3 jobs in one day especially in the hot sun, took their time to do it right and also showed us a few other options that would have been less costly. We were so impressed as they got down to work and did a super job as well as being really nice guys to work with. Would highly recommend as from start to finish was A+++

Service was great.

I must've sent out 100 requests for quotes and they were the fastest to respond. Every additional question I asked was followed up quickly too.

They were able to come out the same day I asked and finished the job for a Tesla wallcharger rather quickly.

Victor was very friendly and worked very efficiently. I'm very appreciative of their work and my car is too.

Very responsive, good value and their quality of work was great. We had a 14-50 outlet installed in our garage for a Tesla model 3. The electrician was quick, took about an hour and a half to install. Highly recommend, will use again for any of our electrical needs. Thank you Vitality!

Quick response. Wonderful customer service and great work. Everyone was professional and friendly. They did a few different projects for me including a new electrical panel with permit.
