Art Tamayo, the owner and founder formerly served as a Test Engineer with Westinghouse. Once Westinghouse divested, Art Tamayo established his own testing business.

Art joined Vistam in 1999 in the role of Field Test Engineer and now hold the position of Vice President of Field Operations.
