We have used Vintage Electric for two jobs now. They have been available to come more quickly than others, arrive on time, are professional and do great work for reasonable charges. The office is responsive and helpful.

We asked for some extra work on adding power to our new hot tub, running the line inside a tall wall rather than exterior conduit. They did a great job with that. Couldn't be more pleased.

Vintage Electric hard wired our new spa and added an electrical outlet outside as well. During a very busy time for me and Vintage Electric, the manager made time on his way home to accommodate my schedule to view the job and make the plan and scheduled us within 2 weeks. Though there was a hiccup with communication initially, they recovered well and were very professional all the way through the process. They completed the work in half the time expected and allowed us to pay with a credit card without charging us a fee...which is rare now-a-days! The spa works great! and we can finally enjoy our backyard oasis!

Estimator came when promised, bid for work most reasonable, appointment scheduled and met. Sandy and Corey (apprentice) were excellent. Courteous, knowledgeable, patient, detailed, willing to explain possible choices clearly.
Took time to check house layout so that addition of electrical outlets in area that had none was done more efficiently and with less visible disruption than previously thought possible. Three projects were in $600 range, though time spent and effort devoted would have suggested far more profitable job. Will not hesitate to call VEI in future -- though existing conditions nationally and locally cause one-month work delay. Excellent local company.

I called Vintage Electric on 6/1 and they took my information and scheduled me for a repair call on 6/8 between 8AM and Noon. At 3PM I called them and asked where they were. I was advised they do not service my area and I was called NUMEROUS TIMES to advise me of that fact. I have an answering machine on my landline 24/7. An outright lie. AND why schedule the call in the first place? Take your business elsewhere if you need service.

Matt Langford, the service estimator, with Vintage Electric came to my office to look and estimate new electric service for a replacement air conditioner unit. That was 2 weeks ago. No call, no estimate, no nothing until I called Matt. I needed the work done quickly and was told I would have the estimate shortly. Four days have passed and still no response. Apparently they are too busy for a customer.

Had them put in a 220/50 outlet in my garage to plug in my electric vehicle... They were timely, efficient and VERY affordable. I would highly recommend their services and I will use them again!

Their motto is ""doing business the old fashioned way."" I found out it's not just a motto. During hurricane Irma our standby generator stopped sending power to the house. I call Vintage at 10PM and they had a tech at my house at 8AM the next morning. Fixed the problem within 15 minutes of arrival. Tech was courteous and professional. I am so happy to find a reliable electrical contractor that provides such great service!

Their tagline reads: ""Doing business the old fashioned way"". I would beg to differ. Verify their warranty on equipment AND their labor, before hiring this company. Vintage fixed a simple wiring short in a wall switch, less than a year ago. I just had a recurrence of the same problem (as well as I can assess). When I spoke to the service manager, he tried to explain to me that the problem could be something different. He could be right. I'm no electrician, but when the same problem occurs in the same switch, in less than a year, it most likely IS the same problem. He offered to make another service call, but couldn't guarantee that the problem was a recurring one, or something that they caused. Therefore, I would be subject to another $90 service fee. I have used Vintage several times in the past, you would assume that I would of been extended the courtesy, being a return customer. Rather than doing the right thing, they have lost a lifetime customer. Their new tagline should read: ""Doing business the GREEDY & CORPORATE way"".

Had a circuit blow in my home and didn't have power. Looked around for electricians to come but didn't get any help until I called Vintage Electric! Very friendly staff!
