How nice it is to work with a good local company! We needed to have a new circuit breaker and wiring installed for our cooktop. I contacted Vine Electric, and they promptly replied and gave me an estimate within a few days. The two electricians who came out to do the work were professional, clean, and efficient. One week from my first call to having the job completed! They were very good at sending texts with arrival times, emails with the estimate and the final bill, etc. Wonderful operation and we will definitely be calling Vine the next time we need an electrician.

Highly recommend Vine! We recently sold our home and during inspections we discovered our main panel needed to be replaced. Vine was our 4th company to come out and provide us a quote. We had Lorenzo show up at 7:30am. After confirming we needed a panel replacement, he suggested I contact PG&E myself to speed up the process. I took his advice and had a PG&E tech show up at our house 15 min later. The tech said he would have to pull our power that day as it wasn't safe to leave. Luckily Lorenzo came back right away and developed a plan with the tech to get the panel replaced immediately. We were literally without power for only a couple of hours. It could not have gone smoother and we were grateful for their help!

The gentleman arrived earlier than his time slot which I really appreciate; he was able to come in, diagnose and fix the issue all within the hour timeframe they are given. Diagnosing and being able to fix the most common issues means you're only paying one price! Really would call them again if I hand any problems.

Made an appointment and Vine scheduled us right away. But unfortunately we had a family emergency that turned into many months of my health declining. I felt so bad canceling with short notice!!!! Battling a terminal illness and rising costs of my medical expenses we haven't been able to reschedule. But if things change Vine has our business. The lady who scheduled our appointment was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Before we had our family emergency we received a text from the electrician who was to be stopped by. Extremely organized company. Really wish I could have been able to add more to this review such as quality and price. My terminal illness has gotten worse I don't think I will be around much longer.

Lorenzo C. came out for a simple multi-outlet and light switch repair. He was on time, efficient, and MOST importantly-he asked for our specific needs on some smaller details of our project. This was not done by the big box store we hired to remodel our kitchen and left our electrical outlets in shambles. All of our outlets and switches are now functional, safe, and matching. Lorenzo had a great attitude, and was cheerful. We have some upcoming electrical projects that we will definitely ask Vine Electric to assist with. The cost of our project was very fair for what needed to be done. Thank you, Vine Electric for your quick response, fair pricing, and great work provided.

We needed quite a few things done. The estimator was prompt friendly and responsive to my questions.
Alex and Cole came on the scheduled day to do the work and they were punctual, and professional as well as friendly. They did the work with minimal impact to our family being home at the time and finished the work and cleaned up like they were never there. I will be using this company again for any additional electrical work we need done well. Oh and I forgot to mention that I got a quote from another company (I will not mention their name) and for the exact same work they were trying to charge about $1000 more! In this economy?!? No ma'am! We chose Vine Electric and we are glad we did.
