We had recessed lighting installed and several replaced. Vine Electric was prompt in responding to our request, provided the best quote for the installation and scheduled the installation as soon as possible. We researched and obtained quotes from several businesses and ultimately went with Vine Electric. The quote we received was strictly for the cost of installation. We purchased the fixtures separately. While there was confusion on our part when purchasing the fixtures, Vine Electric was responsive in making sure we purchased the correct ones. To avoid this in the future, we will ask that materials be included in the installation. Certainly, the total cost of this project was far less than the other quotes we received. Vine arrived promptly; they kept the work area neat and cleaned up at the end of the day. Since they were not able to complete the work in one day, they made sure they returned the following day to finish the project. We will use Vine again in the future.

Sub-panel upgrade project, everything went fine with the estimator but when the worker showed up they had a panel much much larger than anticipated. They proposed cutting the wall stud to make it fit which wasn't expected or desired. Ended up cancelling the job with them to go with someone else.

Timely, Efficient, tech savvy, and they did exactly what they said they would do. Needed a Tesla Charger installed at a commercial location as well as some basic gfi troubleshooting and repair. Vine came out for an estimate which was competitive. We hired them for the job. Employees showed up as scheduled, ended up doing a little extra work for us with the install. Highly recommended, and will use them in the future. We just wish all our trades people were like Vine!

Excellent service! We needed a pendant hung in our new home, we ordered the pendant online and when we took the pendant out of the box it was broken. The base of the pendant came apart, the guys were so kind and helpful, told us to call them when we reordered. We reordered the pendant, the guys hung it and it had no electricity, the guys were super patient about it. We had them remove it, we ordered another pendant and the guys came out. It probably took less than two hours, the guys were beyond helpful. The customer service with this company is A+. Hire them, you won't be disappointed that you did.

We had a relatively large project in our house which required installing 4 ceiling fans, ceiling lighting, exhaust funs, and their associated ducts. We are extremely happy with the entire process. First the communication from the office team was very prompt. They were always available for questions. The estimate appointment was thorough, on time, and friendly.
When it came time to the actual work, I am extremely appreciative of the work done by Joel. He was very conscientious with the details ensuring the fans and switches were set up the way that we wanted. He also wore a face covering and wore boot coverings on the carpet. He even took a look at some extra electrical issues we had around the house and remedied them for free. It was truly excellent customer service all the way around.
