This company rocks! I feel bad for not knowing this gentleman name but the African American man was above and beyond with customer service. He was professional and respectful. After the job was done the area was clean and neat. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Joel came out today to replace a ceiling fan in our son's bedroom. The fan was damaged and we weren't sure if there was also a problem with the light switch. Joel found the problem with the switch right away. He replaced the fan and light switch and managed to keep his time to less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He even took our broken fan away for us. We haven't used Vine before. I found them here on Yelp. I definitely recommend their service.

Vine Electric is my ""go to"" electrical company because I have worked with Joel, Michael, and Ryan who are professional, trustworthy, personable, knowledgeable, and considerate (by wearing a mask and leaving it on throughout the job during Covid)!

From dealing on different projects, I have observed that all these guys have gone above the average ""standard"", and if there was a glitch or problem, they didn't quit and resolved it in a timely manner! I also appreciate how well they cleaned up after the job was complete.

I feel very fortunate to have a local company that truly does quality work and I give kudos to the owner for hiring workers of excellent character.

Ryan came to do the work which I had described on the phone. He was right on time, appeared with a mask and wore it continuously. He was able to determine the exact problem, get it repaired and make himself available to do anything else which needed attention within the automatically billed hour. I had another small problem of six years' duration and he repaired that as well. I couldn't have been more happy with his professionalism, good cheer, and willingness to go the extra step. The Yelp reviews I had read before choosing Vine Electric were obviously right on!

I have had two recent appointments, which were great and completed in a timely manner. I had three ceiling fans replaced, bathroom vanity lights replaced, and a new range hood added. I was impressed with the professionalism, efforts to leave my home as it was before they arrive and having all my questions answered. Ryan's guys found troubles during troubleshooting (find out what's causing electrical outages in the house for decades) both at the electrical box, the disconnected wires and the overloads in the circuitry. Quick to spot the problems with corresponding diagnosis and fix them on the spot. Needed two visits to install the 240V circuitry for the new electric oven.

I highly recommend this company!! Their technicians showed up with masks on and proceeded to do an amazing job installing 3 overhead lights in the bedrooms. They also installed a light and fan in the master bedroom. Ryan and Josh were fast, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They both went above and beyond by making sure previous mistakes were corrected and making sure our entire electrical system was up to code. Such a great customer service experience!
