Vince has done four projects for us over the past 10 years, including a complete kitchen remodel and most recently, front and rear deck replacements. Vince and his crew are friendly, reliable, professional, and get the job done within the cost and timeframe promised. Vince also knows to look for ways to make the job go better, coming up with ideas and suggestions that we might not have thought out. On our last job, he even transported a whole pallet of unused materials back to Lowe's for us once the job was completed.

This May my husband and I wanted to update 2 of our bathrooms, update the tile around our fireplace, put up a tile back splash in our kitchen and have a fan put up in our dining room - where the ceilings are 22 feet high! After talking with some friends we heard about Vince. He came to our home, listened to our ideas, and viewed our spaces. Within a few days we had his bids for each job. As a general contractor, with over 30 years in the construction business, we felt confident he would be the best person for our jobs.

Vince started the day he said and finished all the projects within the time line given - 5 weeks. He brought drop clothes, trash cans, buckets and all the tools /materials needed for the job. We had pre-ordered all our bathroom fixtures, tile, fans, vanity, mirrors, but he bought what was needed for installation (or my husband went to our local Lowe's / Home Depot for him) which made the process easier. He added the materials bought to our invoices.

His work was impeccable, we learned a lot along the way and in some places he was able to improve the infrastructure. Such as plumbing, ventilation and insulation.

We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a remodel big or small. He is a great contractor!

I can't believe I am writing a review for someone I didn't end up hiring, but the customer service and integrity was so good I can't help myself.

We want to add a motor to our gate, and need to have electrical power ran from our garage, down to the end of our driveway. I left a message for Vince and he promptly returned my call. He asked me a few questions and then explained that we could save a substantial amount of money by using a solar power source for our gate, and he could recommend an excellent gate company who was good at doing just that.
I appreciate him pointing us in the right direction, rather than just taking the job.

I will definitely be calling him for future work around the house. (I've already started my ""honey-do"" list)

I've known Vince for over 15 years. He's a ""hands on"" general contractor. Does most of the work himself. I would recommend him to anyone that wants someone who's seen it all and knows hows to build you a house, or change out a window shade. Vince will take care of your construction needs, small or large.
