Ramon originally responded to my inquiry via Yelp and after I responded back, I didn't hear back from him for some time. I decided to wait and he did eventually contact me to schedule a time for him to come out. We agreed on 4:00 Saturday and by 5:00 that day I was concerned that he was not coming out. I called and he said he was in a car accident and that he would call me back to schedule another appointment. That was 3 days ago and I never heard back from him. I have since made a new appointment with Gubrud's and they were very professional in terms of contacting me quickly, explanation of the process, covid-19 precautions, automatic email reminders, etc., and I am scheduled to meet with them tomorrow. I'll let everyone know how that goes. As for Boyes Electric, I was hoping for a better experience based on their reviews. I guess you can't always count on the reviews?

A few days ago I had Boyes Electric out to install electrical for a ceiling fan and an electrical outlet for my outside patio. I was very pleased with their quality of work which was outstanding. They are very knowledgeable, prompt, aprofessional. I contacted the owner for a quote via Yelp and he got back to me very quickly. They are also very reasonable in price. They are not looking to price gauge anyone. I would use their service again and recommend them as well.

I had a lot of work done from adding pendant lights and multiple ceiling fans, adding a wall outlet for a future tv install, and installing a video doorbell. It was an all day job but everything looks great, works the way it should, and my house was left clean. We had some miscommunication in the beginning which led to a 50% price increase from the original quote, but the work was high quality and worth it.

Ramon answered back quickly. Gave me an appointment the very next day. He assesed the problem within 10 minutes. Totally professional and knowledgeable. I definitely will call him again. Highly recommend. Don't bother with anyone else.

Scheduled an appointment and they never showed or call. When I called to find out why, he said he was busy doing a different job. He didn't care about my business and had an attitude with me. Can't count on them, very unprofessional.

Ramon was very professional and did a great job at fixing our AC unit wire issue. The end result is our AC is now working, and the wire repair is very clean on our house. I called Boyes Electric after my outlets and lights stopped working and tripping the circuit breaker wasn't fixing anything.
He came out the next day for repair and quoted me a flat rate to find the issue and fix it. I was so pleased with my first experience I had them back to re-wire additional lighting in house.
I recommend them and will be using them for future electric needs!
