We are more than satisfied with the installation of 6 canned lights. Our ceiling is 20ft and the lighting brightens the room really well. The installation was clean. Would definitely recommend them and use them again for any other lighting projects.

Not respectful of me or my time. Called for an estimate, made an appointment. Confirmed the appointment the day before. Rearranged my Saturday around the appointment window and made all the outlets of concern accessible, moving furniture and sweeping. No one showed, no one called. Was really looking to getting the work done, but now I'm just really disappointed about this waste of my time.

They were able to schedule me in within 24 hours and completed the wiring and installation of a motion sensing light and cleaned up afterwards. No complaints here!

Extremely professional and courteous company! I needed my chandelier in my foyer replaced and wanted something that was modern. I knew it was going to be a hard install (see before and after photos - each of the 300+ wires had to be hung one by one) but Ramon and his team were able to install it perfectly and at a great price! Ramon was able to squeeze me in when they had an unexpected cancellation. They came early, worked hard, and were patient and kind throughout the whole process. They stayed as long as they needed to complete the job and did not rush the process at all. I will recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician and will definitely hire them again. And if you're worried about COVID, know that they take the necessary precautions - masks and shoe covers were worn at all times and they adhered to social distancing with the home owners. 5 stars for a job well done!

We needed an extra outlet installed in the cubby over our fire place so we could mount a TV and hide the cord easily. In the cubby is the switch for the electric fireplace so we were pretty sure it would be a simple fix. It didn't even take an hour. Good price, good service, fast work, clean, and professional. Couldn't ask for better.

Ramon and his team did an amazing job! Ramon was quick to get out to our place for an estimate and quick to come out and get our project done! They were safe with having masks on the entire time. They also beat the competition as far as price and finishing the job quicker than what other companies quoted. We are so satisfied and highly recommend them!

Would leave more than 5 stars! Fasted response with a quote and best price. Arrived as planned, very neat - and super knowledgeable and efficient switching out a hanging lamp for a new technology ceiling fan:light/speaker. I sent a follow up question after they left and since they were in the seat, they came back to address our question in person.

Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend - they have at least 18 years. Ramon was awesome and saved my husband from figuring out a complicated install. Thanks!

Ramón responded almost immediately after I posted posted what I needed. He was precise in giving his estimate and responded in a timely manner once I responded that I wanted him for the job, all taking place on a Saturday late afternoon and Sunday. His customer service is exceptional. He came to the home and was polite and professional and installed 3 ceiling fans which included changing out the boxes in 2 1/2 hours! Would highly recommend Ramón and Boyes Electric!!

UPDATE: I told Ramon I didn't provide a date and I put the time as ""ASAP"" because anyone who needs electric services will need it ASAP. I don't need the BS excuses from him explaining to me that he's too busy to service. I said I had no power that affected my garage door. I had an electrician come out TODAY and upgraded my entire panel. He squeezed me in, between clients, because he knew I needed the work done because half my house didn't have power. He went above and beyond. Mike with Affordable Electric. He's so knowledgeable and he's been in the business forever. He's truly amazing. Ramon, don't label yourself as ""emergency services"" if you have to book 3 weeks out. I'm sorry but I won't amend my review, I stand by it.

I needed my panel upgraded/replaced because my husband blew a fuse and it wasn't resetting. I messaged this place because it reads ""24/7"" service. I told him I needed work as soon as possible (no specific date and time) and I wasn't given an estimate or possible date to come out and service my electric panel. He told me he's unavailable during that time, but no time was listed LOL. Not only that, but I see his description reads that he services high end residential areas. Sorry that this house is located in a not so high end area, but little do you know that this is one of a couple properties I own. You just lost business with me for this house and my Fair Oaks property and best believe I will make sure no one I know comes to you. If anyone is looking for an electrician I have an amazing guy coming out Thursday, he's been in the business for over 50 years--I'll give you his info! Don't go to this guy he's garbage and doesn't know how to talk to potential clients--very rude. Thanks for nothing, Ramon! You just lost a $2500+ job from me and I'll be happy to give ALL that money to someone else. :)
