I am Ryan Cumming, the proud owner of Viking Electrical Services. Twelve years ago, I began my journey by digging trenches for underground installations. I quickly realized that gaining knowledge led to higher earnings. I absorbed all the information I could, and before I knew it, I was in charge of the underground crew. By my second year as an apprentice electrician, I was already managing crews and completing ground-up commercial projects. As a journeyman, I began estimating and selling electrical projects. Continuing to learn, I recognized various ways to lead a team. A genuine leader cultivates an atmosphere that allows team members to feel pride in their roles and the company they support.
