Roy showed up with his helper, identified the issues, and resolved them quickly. He took the time to explain the issues and the solutions to resolve them. He was fast and reasonable. I won't hesitate to call him in the future if I need an electrician, though I hope that won't be needed. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need.

I had my power outage in my garage, had several men from water heater technician , garage technician, other electrician create stories of what I needed service and the bottom line was there was a power outage. Roy Hansen is the man. I did have a problem with losing electricity for one side of my home today on Saturday. I called approximately 10 electricians mainly leaving messages, only 2 picked up - both would not able to come today, and Roy was the one who was able to trouble shut my problem on the phone, saving me big bucks. At the end of the day from all the messages I left - I got only one call back. I'm keeping Roy's phone number for any future electrical problems from today.
