I'd give zero stars for this provider if I could. Our home warranty company used this provider to replace a ceiling fan in our bedroom. We were given the option to use a fan that they would provide at no cost or we could purchase one of our own choosing and would be credited $70. Weeks later, we have not received our refund. Every attempt to contact the company has been ignored. I have submitted a claim with my home warranty company to seek a resolution. I would not have used this provider had the home warranty company not assigned them to us. I highly recommend that you find another provider to assist with your electrical needs.

We blew the fuse for our washing machine over the weekend and had been without a washer for a couple of days. Vidal Electric came recommended to us so we gave them a call.

They were able to come out quickly. Our electrician, David, was polite, skilled, and had the issue fixed in 8 minutes. EIGHT MINUTES! I was so impressed. They set a window for service, arrived right in the middle, and got the job done quickly.

I cannot recommend Vidal Electric enough. Will definitely call for future electrical / electrician needs!
