Came to gave the estimate and never got back after that. He said he will let me know, even after I asked again he said in sometime but never till date heard back. This tells me not reliable or he is interested only in big jobs. On that case he should be open and just say no that he can't do it.

Save yourself the headache and Spend the extra money and get someone who can do the work right and takes some pride in what they do. This is not the guy you want. Ended up having to go back over his work and repair his work. Also be careful of the extra help he sends they do more damage on the things they're supposed to repair.

Hired Victor to install new bathroom door and move 3 light switches. Said he'd be here yesterday 9am, then it was noon and showed up around 2:30 to work couple of hours. Said he'd be here 9am today then texted it would be 10am. Where are you?

Victor came and replaced a exterior door for us he did a GREAT job and he made sure to take his time and made it look awesome. We will for sure be using him for more repairs in the future. Highly recommended!!!

Victor and I had agreed to have him come out and install some brackets for a pole in my backyard. The simple job that would've taken no more than an hour at most. We agreed for him to come out on Sunday and even though I reminded him it was Mother's Day he still agreed to come out. When he didn't arrive at the agreed-upon time I messaged him numerous times only for him to tell me that he won't make it today which I understood. We rescheduled for the following day Monday at 10 AM. When 10 AM came he didn't call or text so I reached out to him only for him to tell me he wouldn't be able to make it today because he has other jobs. I understand things come up but it is very unprofessional not to communicate effectively. I do not understand why he could not just tell me he had other jobs going on. Very unprofessional as far as communication is concerned. Now I have to find someone else.

In this time of Covid 19, I am wheelchair bound, and my wife has a torn meniscus, so standing on a ladder was out of the question. I only needed 3 lightbulbs replaced, and I have the bulbs. Victor wanted $50 to replace the 3 lightbulbs in the bathroom. No compassion, just $50. For 3 lightbulbs. 15 minutes. I need that $50 to put food on the table. I do not recommend Victor with his Highway Robbery.

Victor did a great job on a bedroom remodel for me. He framed in a closet and also did a bunch of other smaller tasks around the house. He did a great job, the (now livable) bedroom and closet is one of the best rooms in the house!
