Should've read more into the reviews...I talked to victor yesterday and got a quote for installing a mailbox, sound good asked when he would be able to come out he said tomorrow morning that's today and he never showed up. Why waste my time, be honest if you don't want the job or can't come at least let the person who was waiting on you know so they can find another person .

I hired victor to do roof repair. Victor, after seeing that roof needed extensive work and was going to cost me quite a bit more for repairs. We did not agree on the price and cancelled all work to be performed. Victor had great integrity in returning all my money as we parted ways. We left in good terms.

Victor came to do a small drywall repair from another contractor. Said he never heard of Yelp and that the contractor only paid him very little money. I set up his Yelp account, provided all of the verbiage, uploaded pics (that is him at my house under ""about me"" Contacted him about another job and he said he'd give me a good deal for what I'd done for him. He showed up almost 2 hours later than the scheduled time despite me telling him not to come. He quoted an absurd amount, so I never followed up. He then reaches out to me several times and even on a Sunday morning called twice and 4 text messages. We agreed on a price and he was to come that Friday. He never called nor showed. When I reached out he said he was sick, but I see he had just finished a job, posted new photos, and has gotten more reviews since. He never tried to reschedule. Very shady.

I needed repairs and a new paint job for my rental condo. He quoted a ridiculous price that was 2 to 3 times more than other quotes I received. For example, he was charging $600 for something another handyman only charged $95 for. He was charging $350 for something another handyman said only needed a slight tightening or adjustment that he didn't even charge me for. Total cost of materials only cost $112 but he charged $800 for labor over a few hours work!!! He quoted $3900 for paint. My other handyman only charged $2500 for the same work. We agreed to minor repairs and no paint but he decided to paint one of our doors without our consent and charged us for it. He was dishonest and unreasonable with his prices. Will not use him again and wouldn't recommend him since he will rip you off.
