If I could give 10 stars I would. Victor did such a great job fixing my tenant's leaky shower head from inside the wall. He resolved the problem and taught me more about the new duplex I purchased in Long Beach since he's very knowledgeable with the homes in the area through his work and experience! Here is a photo of the work after opening up the kitchen cabinets to access the shower leak.

Although Victor has done some good work for me in the past, I agree with other reviewers who have commented that he has a habit of canceling or rescheduling appointments, and is very unapologetic about it - like he's not aware that this can sometimes be a big inconvenience for people.

The last time I tried to hire him he rescheduled again and again over a period of two months, and then finally just said he didn't want the job after all. No apology whatsoever. Frustrating.

I have had the privilege of knowing Victor now for over 10 years and he is a man of all trades. He knows what he knows, he is willing to look up better methods if he is not sure about what is best for a certain repair, and he knows what he doesn't know and when to refer you elsewhere if needed.
He has flexibility in his work schedule to accommodate his clients. He shows up on time and does the work within the expected hours so cost is reasonable and fair.
