I selected Victor Tiche Electric based on Nextdoor recommendations and Yelp reviews. I called and left a message a week ago and never received a return call. While they may do great work, it doesn't really matter if you can't get in contact with them. Even if they had simply called back saying they were booked out would have been helpful. So, I definitely would look elsewhere if you have a time sensitive issue or if you desire minimal responsiveness.

Victor was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain to me the repairs that I requested and also shared with me his experience and knowledge about his profession. Also, Rochelle helped with explaining the job and answering any questions in the estimate. Once arriving at my home, I was immediately eased and knew right away that this is ""the guy"" you want to be in your home doing your electrical work. I was pleasantly surprised with Victor's great sense of humor and how willing he was to answer any electrical questions along with his work ethic. I truly enjoyed the time spent with Victor and it was unexpected. Nathan, also a valuable member of his staff who assisted with the repairs worked professionally as well and they replaced and upgraded my under cabinet lighting in my kitchen while adding a dimmer switch, upgraded my carbon/fire detectors, tore apart an older fan that was not working properly, repaired it and all while working extremely fast, methodically and efficiently but done right. I was relieved to have it correctly done and I would highly recommend Victor, Rochelle and Nathan to take care of your electrical needs. If I could give you 10 stars I would. All my best my friend and I will definitely call you from now on!

Victor is great! Rochelle and Victor give reasonable quotes, is responsive and returns calls, does a wonderful job. He is professional, goes beyond (he noticed my smoke detector was in the wrong spot so he moved it). Keeps cleaning as he goes from job to job, and he has been on time every time I have used their services. Can't ask for better

I've had Victor do a bunch of work for me. He is thorough with his work and is a joy to talk to. His prices are also very reasonable. I've yet to find a task that he was unable to take on. I've also learned a ton of stuff just watching him work. He's great at explaining what he is doing.

I've had him install dimmer switches, replace circuit breakers, install new LED shop lights in my garage, Run audio cable under my house. Install new lights in my backyard and finally replace an old doorbell with a Ring.

I only wish he did plumbing in addition to electrical work. 11/10 highly recommended.

Victor is a meticulous, hardworking and respectful electrician. Our family trusts him to handle our residential electrical needs. He always has safety in mind as he completes his jobs. There is no other electrician I would use, or recommend than Victor. He is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. There's no job he can't tackle, all while being extremely personable. Victor has done numerous jobs for us over the years and never disappoints. I wouldn't hire anyone else.

Deeply unsatisfied. Victor was recommended to me by a friend I trust. Things started off just fine (in February of this year)... Rochelle was professional, Victor was on time and friendly for the consultation. My goals were to get a new X-10 module to control my external lights and and illuminate a long dark driveway (also to be controlled by remote). 5 months later, I have neither. I've never had a bad experience or written a review - good or bad, but this can't go on... He recommended and installed lights for my driveway that turn out to be intended for step/deck lighting. They're extremely dim, come nowhere near to accomplishing the goal AND to add insult to injury, there's no way to turn them off. Right, the X-10 switch? Hasn't gotten one yet. He did however install a new non-GFCI outlet which was an expensive and totally unnecessary effort. The thermostats he bought to replace my current ones were landscape instead of portrait (which would have required painting) so I had to buy my own on Amazon. He has cancelled 4 appointments, not called when Rochelle said he would and has yet to own the problem of having ordered the wrong lights and the problem is not fixed. He did come by unannounced and put in brighter bulbs and silver reflective tape (lovely) but it hasn't helped and bottom line, the 'always on' lights do no good and Victor - he's AWOL.
