I called Veterans E. to come a asses a disaster that an imposter electrician left behind.
Red flags were raised when the gentleman Troy showed up at 5pm when he clearly told me 6pm but was yelling at the top of his lungs ( @6:10pm) that I wasn't answering the door and he was leaving. He left, but later came back.
Apparently he attached grace period prior to the appointment time and not after. Lol

He did give me a good verbal assessment of what he thought was wrong with my my electrical panel and even got my a/c working again ( I paid him $175 and tipped him).

He wrote me a non itemized estimate to do the entire job $6k to replace panel and left.

The next day when my insurance adjuster came he noted that the estimate was not specific enough and a good estimate should have everything itemized to a T.

Troy Re- wrote the estimate but was agitated when I brought it to his attention that prices that he quoted for Miami city permits verbally ($150) were now more expensive on the itemized estimate($400) without explanation.
In his words "" I don't know what you're worried about , I gave you $550 off"" my initial price.

At this point alarms and bells rang.

Every consumer has a right to question every cent spent. Anyone who doesn't respect that is not someone I want to do business with.

I can't say anything else about the quality of his work. Only bedside manner and professionalism.

Troy at Veterans lighthouse electric was amazing!! We had a rental house with an issue and he came right over..he discovered the problem and in no time it was fixed. He was extremely thorough and so very professional..I honestly cannot say enough about him!
