I hired Veteran Electric initially to complete a few minor things noted in our inspection report after we bought a new house. It was a little over $1,000 to do the work. They came out and one of the employees was in training. It took them a long time to do everything and the explanations of other issues always seemed to leave us with a huge question mark as to whether it was really an issue or not. One issue that clearly needed to be addressed related to an exterior outlet that mysteriously had a charge to the ground wire. After talking with the electrician, we assumed it was going to be a huge undertaking to identify the issue and fix it. So since we are still under our home warranty, I figured I'd give them a shot. That electrician had the issue identified in fifteen minutes (improperly installed timer switch on the same circuit). There were other open issues that Veteran came back out for and led them on a rabbit chase that never seemed to bring back any positive news. So they gave us a quote to re wire the whole circuit. We got someone else out here and issues identified and resolved. So three stars because I think they are good per the other reviews but we just had a so so experience with them. Plus they seem to be very busy and their response time is not great if you need something quick.

Good job by Jeremy doing some very custom wiring work in my cramped hip style roofed attic. Very little room reaching some areas in tight spaces but everything was completed perfectly and now my circuits are load balanced and I can run my deep fryer and waffle maker without tripping a breaker. Even though an unexpected human resource issue arouse partway through the job Jeremy deftly handled it away from client eyes and without allowing it to escalate to the point it affected the overall job. Great work. I'll be calling them for all my power needs

We recently used Veteran Electric again, this time to install recessed lighting in a few places. They did an amazing job! Marcus took his time to walk us through the options for where to place the lights. The placement ended up being perfect. They also price matched since I received a cheaper quote from another electrician. I prefer to use Veteran Electric because they're honest, friendly, punctual and overall easy to work with.

They were on time, professional and very courteous. I explained to them my thoughts and ideas for adding additional lines in the bedrooms to support two switches (for the light and fan).

Easy peasy!

I cannot account for the cost as they are the only quote at this time however, with what I saw I'm willing to pay for their work because ""you get what you pay for"".

They were awesome. I received the quote 15 minutes after they left!

Prompt in response and felt like they were very honest. We had another company say we needed to replace our whole panel and quoted us over $3k. Veteran came out and reviewed it with us and said it was a quality panel and they didn't believe it needed to be replaced at all. Haven't had any issues with our panel and Veteran took care of our thermostat problem quickly. Would recommend and would use them again!
