They say to ""error is human"". But how a company responds to rectifying the error is crucial. Recently we contracted with Veteran Electric, that provided us with a more than reasonable estimate, to install the necessary electrical components for an outside portable generator, which included installing a soft start kit on our A/C. The technician did an excellent job on installing all the components, but never having the experience of installing a soft start kit, errored on one connection. After the technician left, we became aware that there was a problem with the installation of the soft start. When we made the technician aware of the situation, he and the lead technician, Vince, dropped everything from their hectic schedules and immediately addressed and resolved the issue. In talking with Vince, I realized how much he takes pride in doing a job right and delivering the kind of service above and beyond what one would hopefully expect from a company. We would not hesitate to recommend Veteran Electric to our friends and look forward to using them for any of our future electrical needs. P.S. Vince and his technician now know how to properly install a soft start kit.

I needed a breaker for my AC during the 100 degree heat. The girl I spoke to refused to escalate it for a senior with medical condition. She said Two weeks was the soonest they could come give me an estimate
If I can live two weeks without AC during the heat warning the maybe I don't need AC at all. Thank you for making me feel valued as a potential customer

Larry and Christian did a great job executing all of the electrical jobs I requested from installing a ceiling fan and replacing light fixtures to getting me hooked up for an electric fireplace. These guys can get the job done for a good price.

I've had Veteran Electric come to my home a few times to correct different electrical issues. They've always been honest and helpful. I recently had an issue in my garage that I thought. Perhaps there's a wiring or fuse issue. The young lady on the phone suggested I check the GFCI button on an outside electrical socket. That was it! Got service without being charged! That's the kind of business I'll use again.
