The gentleman showed up on time and replaced a bathroom exhaust fan in 33 minutes (based on the ring camera footage). His fast work was appreciated since Vero Beach Electric charges by the hour in advance (paid for an hour up front). I only expected to be billed for the cost of the exhaust fan since the gentleman was at the house for approximately 30 minutes. I just received the bill and I was charged for an hour and half of labor; the gentleman charged an additional 30 minutes for picking up the exhaust fan before coming to the house. They definitely weren't transparent about how they calculate the labor charges. I won't use them again.

I gave 4 stars because the electrician was excellent. However they asked for a deposit which I gave by credit card. They then charged the card for the entire job without submitting the invoice or allowing me to give permission for the credit card charge. I won't use them again

An electrician from this company came to my house twice, just to install two coach lights. The first appointment he left a mess on my property, (which I had to clean) and did not check the working of the lights, even when I asked him to.. When I noticed the lights not working properly, I called and asked to have him come back because the lights still weren't working. I also requested that the electrician wear a mask when in close proximity to me, because both myself and family members are high risk due to COVID. The receptionist had assured me that he would be wearing a mask, yet he never did.
The company billed me for both visits, (the second visit was even higher than the first) even though it was from the incompetence of the initial job that resulted in the second. I recommend going elsewhere for an electrician.

Wow Vero Beach Electric was awesome! I had issues with my pool pump. I called and they sent someone over the next morning right on time. Chet was very professional and helpful with suggestions on what my options were. Between the owner Cliff, Chet and myself we came up with a plan and received the quote promptly. The next day the job was started and finished. Great work and they cleaned up afterwards! Which a lot of these other contractors don't.
