I called Carlos because I noticed his van in the guest parking lot of our condo complex and several owners I knew recommended him. I described the work I needed done, Carlos provided a quote and we scheduled a time for the service including the replacement of all smoke detectors, troubleshooting a light switch, and replacing a couple of can lights. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the entire experience!

About one year ago, I experienced a strange crackling sound coming from one of my outlets. I contacted Velo Electric and they promptly scheduled an appointment for me.

The electrician was very thorough in diagnosing the issue. He not only examined the problematic outlet but also checked three additional outlets nearby and confirmed no issues. He then proactively replaced one outlet that I heard of the sound as a precautionary measure, for free.

Since the service call, I haven't heard any crackling sounds at all. The electrician was fast, efficient, and thoughtful throughout the entire process.

Furthermore, he provided valuable advice on groundings and the use of EV wall chargers that were required for our house, even offering competitive quotes for both services.

We've had Velo Electric come out twice to install two separate NEMA 14-50 outlets in our garage. Rates are competitive with other electricians but the communication and turnaround time is where they excel. The second install was a little bit more complicated than the first but Carlos still did an excellent job making it very clean and well incorporated around the obstacles in the garage.
