Juan responded very timely and showed up the next day. I had 3 things to fix and he had to make a run to Home Depot. My switches were faulty and some wires were loose from the builder. He fixed all three issues and I was very thankful. Juan is very reliable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend for any fixes or electrical installations. I'm so happy my house can light up again.

From the estimate to the install, Juan was a pleasure to work with. He helped me install a few ceiling fans and a recessed light in a guest bathroom. The ceiling fan was a challenging install because it's a vaulted ceiling and there isn't much space to work with. Where sheetrock needed to be cut, he did it neatly and you can tell he pays attention to the details. He is honest and communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend him and will be calling him again if I have a need for an electrician in the future.

Loved his service. I need to have a flood light installed and he did for $100 where others wanted to change $250-300. Also, he was able to get it done on a Saturday, a day that was convenient for me while others wanted to do it on a Monday and Tuesday.

Contacted a few local electricians to fix a mistake I had made. They were the only ones who could come out the same day. Did a great job with the light/fan timer switch and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them next time I need some electrical work done.

Outstanding service! Installed five power outlets and troubleshot issue with dusk to dawn lights. Outlets safely installed and functional. Dusk to dawn light issue resolved. Juan also made me aware of a plumping leak in my crawl space, saved me time and money! Second time calling Juan and we're happy we did, prices are reasonable and the work is top notch! Still my go-to electrician!

If you're looking for a very competent and all-around conscientious electrician, look no further. Juan installed nine recessed lightings for our home - he finished it all in a day. Juan is absolutely excellent at what he does - he's meticulous, efficient, and very mindful of how he executes his work. He's also very willing to help you figure out what you need if you want to do anything bespoke or if you just want to figure out what equipment to purchase if you want to purchase the materials yourself. He makes sure his work space is covered in plastic, he wears a mask, he wears booties for his shoes (big plus especially in an Asian home with carpeting), and he cleans up after. His work is also very reasonably priced. I will definitely employ his help again in the future and I'm very happy to recommend him to friends and family members and anyone looking to get some electrical work done. Go with this incredible man - he does outstanding work!
