I called and got a 9:00 am appointment this morning for an estimate. Nobody showed up or called or texted me to say they were running late. At about 9:40, I left to run errands and according to my doorbell camera, someone showed up at 09:49 and left a card. A little common courtesy to a potential customer would have gone a long way.

I called to schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate on some work I need done. Receptionist troubleshot my problem just from my explanation over the phone, then told me they don't do estimates - it will be $250 just for someone to come out, and $125 an hour on top of that. I explained that I already knew the problem was bigger than just a broken socket, but she argued with me. All I wanted was an estimate. They don't do estimates. Amazing.

My relationship with VE Electric started off a little rocky for reasons which are irrelevant at this point.

Bottom line is that, once communication was established, VE was relatively easy to work with; responsive to requests and questions, and fairly priced.

Zack, the actual on-site service tech, was OUTSATNDING; friendly, personable, professional and timely. Always had time to answer questions and educate me.

SIX stars to Zack and FOUR to VE Electric and the overall experience.

VE Electric is amazing, fairly priced and provided high quality work. We wanted to have our tv mounted above the fireplace and have all the wiring hidden as well. We also requested that they change our front/back porch lights and install coach lights on the sides of our garage door.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were scheduled very quickly and the electrician that serviced our home was efficient and kind.

All work was completed in a few hours and we are extremely satisfied with the results!! I would highly recommend! I don't post reviews often, but their work warranted an excellent review.

GREAT service! Timely, honest, reasonable. We had problems with the breaker to my home office continually tripping. Drove me crazy. Their tech Erik came out, diagnosed the problem in record time, got the fix scheduled and the work done and we haven't had a problem since. They're very friendly too. Totally recommended!

Called Vacaville Electric to take a look at the outlet box in my vent hood. They came out within an hour and had the problem fixed in no time. The blonde guy was super friendly and very helpful. It was great customer service and definitely have them come out for any future electrical work I may need.

Office manager answer the phone, we chatted, he contacted field tech and within a few hours, field tech was here. He diagnosed the problem, fixed a circuit breaker. Courteous, professional on the hottest day of the year !

Van #11 drives like a jerk. Cut off 3 different cars on Alamo drive. Called to complain and got the stink eye from the driver and his passenger at the stoplight. Must not be the brightest, did he forget that his business name and phone # are on the van?? Hope he is more courteous in your home.
