Requested a proposal for charging stations at a business at a commercial building. 10 days after we were told a proposal would be sent, we inquired about the status and advised that we would need to look elsewhere VC Electricians was not able to complete the project.
Got a response back from Sandy the Office Administrator saying "" Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a satisfactory response within your required timeframe. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Clearly they do not need business nor do they have experience in customer service on how to properly respond to customers.
If they were busy with multiple projects it is customary to inform your potential customers of the delay.

Jason mapped out and corrected some baffling circuits that had been left incorrectly and unsafely set up from our last remodel. Now everything works exactly right, is installed according to code, and my worries are gone. His fee was very reasonable and he is easy to communicate with.
