I just moved to the area and needed some help with installing a 4 pronged outlet for our dryer. One electrician we spoke to told us to just buy a new gas dryer to fit what was already there as he sounded like it was too much of a hassle to re-wire the house. Then we called Jason. Jason was quick to respond and come take a look. Instead of having to re-wire a new circuit from our electric panel on the opposite end of the house (which he was happy to do as this was the original plan), he found the house was already wired as needed and was able to purchase the new outlet and set it up the next day. He was very professional and extremely nice. It was such a small job but he made time in his busy schedule to help me out. I will definitely be calling Jason with any other electrical needs for our home!

I was nervous since he hasn't had any new reviews since 2012. He took a over a week and a half to respond and then came and seemed very nice and knowledgeable and willing to discuss options and his verbal quote was well thought-out and we were set on him. Then came weeks of lack of communication (said would email written quote by Wednesday then didn't respond for 10 days), responding only after multiple texts and calls and emails always with an excuse (his email address was unreliable IT guy was bad, offshore job, emergency job, etc). It's been 3.5 weeks since we first contacted him. Waste of our time. Seems really flaky so we steered clear.

All in all, this is the guy you want for your electrical needs. I really couldn't recommend anyone better, and that's hard to say in a field that is saturated with your run-of-the-mill workers.
