Awesome customer service. We put newl locks in our entire house including front and back door locks with keypad entry and access through my app from anywhere..Jay performed a real professional job and explained and taught me to operates them and the apps. I was in dire need of a locksmith as I had lost both my keys and wallet the night before so whoever was able to find them knew my address and had access to my house and car. The next morning (Sunday) I woke up early hoping I could find a locksmith to help me re-key the entire house that same day. Using the yelp feature that allows me to request a quote from multiple businesses, Jay from Vaajar was the first one to reach out to me after only about a few minutes and was extremely helpful. He asked all the right questions, very responsive, and prices were very reasonable. I had made an appointment with him that same evening and it seemed like an easy process. In between the time he showed up, the other businesses (with 100+ to 400+ 4 star reviews) began to respond after a few hours from when I made my quote inquiry and the prices were close to doubling what Jay had quoted me. All the more grateful I was for Jay for responding to me so quickly and at a great price. Jay stayed in communication and was right on time for our appointment. He was super friendly, professional, and I let him know exactly how many keys I had needed and which doors I needed to be re-keyed. Turns out one of the gates I had had a mechanism that he wasn't able to re-key unless I purchased a new part. Jay was nice enough to help me find it and come back without an additional cost the next day to help me finish the job. I was so impressed that I wanted to see what other services they provided and realized that he is also an electrician. From there I asked Jay to help me install a Ring Floodlight cam that I have been putting off for about a year. Like my previous experience, Jay was extremely professional, quick, polite, helpful, and the work was of high quality. I am glad that I had went with Jay and that he contacted me first rather than the other businesses with higher reviews that took long to respond and wanted to overcharge for their services. Seems I have found the locksmith and electrician for all our future needs. HALF THE PRICE & TWICE AS NICE!!!

I am so glad I found Jay. I called around a few local places and most of them were rude or charged way too much for a house call. But Jay called me back right away, gave me an amazing price on re-keying our front gate and even offered to do it late night after I got home after work. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He wore a mask and gloves around all areas of the house and worked fast. Once he was done, I asked him about a few other things and he was actually able to match the new key he had just made for us to another one of our locks. Saving me from having to carry around yet another key. If you are in the Duarte, Monrovia, Arcadia or 626 area. Please, Please make sure you give Jay a chance to earn your business.
