When our family had an emergency with a locked door inside our home, I contacted half-a-dozen locksmiths via voice message or web forms, and I'm glad that Jay was the first professional to respond. He was so easy to work with because he was calm and friendly, and of course, professional. Jay was prompt and he worked efficiently - even using his own tools to vacuum the debris caused by drilling holes through one of our doors to change out the locks. He was honest and transparent with his pricing, and he even came back the next day to change out a part that we wanted to upgrade - only charging us for materials. We would gladly work with Jay again.

Jay was a lifesaver! The doorknob to my bedroom was old and somehow broke. I was locked in my own bedroom. I found Vaajar online and called. Jay even tried to help by just FaceTiming and when he saw that it wasn't working he came quickly to help us out. He was quick and efficient. He arrived wearing a mask and even replaced a different door knob in the apartment that had also been malfunctioning. I would 100% recommend his services.

This company was very responsive to my call. Jeyhun quickly answered my questions and provided a fair quote. I called multiple locksmiths and he was the most affordable.
