From the moment I requested a quote, all the way until the end of the service, Jey has been highly responsive, efficient, reliable, professional, and friendly. He responded to all my questions before coming out to my home. He was not only on time but genuinely friendly and sweet when you met him. He has a gentle voice. I needed 2 locks to be removed and installed, of one is a smart lock, which requires programming, and he was patiently doing the programming for me. His pricing is definitely reasonable and ethical in comparison to other places I've received quotes from. When our family had an emergency with a locked door inside our home, I contacted half-a-dozen locksmiths via voice message or web forms, and I'm glad that Jay was the first professional to respond. He was so easy to work with because he was calm and friendly, and of course, professional. Jay was prompt and he worked efficiently - even using his own tools to vacuum the debris caused by drilling holes through one of our doors to change out the locks. He was honest and transparent with his pricing, and he even came back the next day to change out a part that we wanted to upgrade - only charging us for materials. Jay was a lifesaver! The doorknob to my bedroom was old and somehow broke. I was locked in my own bedroom. I found Vaajar online and called. Jay even tried to help by just FaceTiming and when he saw that it wasn't working he came quickly to help us out. He was quick and efficient. He arrived wearing a mask and even replaced a different door knob in the apartment that had also been malfunctioning. I would 100% recommend his services.

He was very polite! He showed up. Got right to it and popped open this lock that I hadn't opened for 3 years. He was on time and responsive to show up the same day.
