I had my entire electrical panel for my home replaced due to its age and malfunctioning. The person doing the work (Dare) did an outstanding job. he was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful I highly recommend this company.

I do not leave reviews often but really want to leave my comments and referral for Vannoy electric in Wasilla, Alaska. I have had the opportunity to work with many contractors in my past & Vannoy Electric is one of the best! They are professional, dependable & knowledgeable. Every employee I worked with assisted me where needed and took the extra time needed to explain things & complete the job. Thank you to Gretchen and the 2 electricians who did the job! You guys are wonderful!! Oh yes, and the invoice was half of what I expected it would be!!

I called twice to set an appointment for wiring in our hot tub. Secretary was very nice, said she passed my info off to another and they would be in touch. No call back at all!!!! Don't waste your time with these guys.

I am not impressed! They are non responsive to my calls. I called to set up an appointment. They did call me back at first. I explained my problem and was told that the scheduler would call me back to make an appointment. It's been a week and I still haven't heard from them!

I called another electrician and received a call back immediately. And my problem was fixed.

I don't know how this company has such great reviews. Called them the second week of September for a quote. We set an appointment for 1230. My wife was out running errands and showed back up at the house at 1215. There was a message on the phone when she got home saying that we had missed our appointment at 1200. My wife called him back and told him our appointment was at 1230. The electrician came over after he ate lunch . Pretty simple job for the most part. Running electric from our shop to our new shed about 5 feet away. A week goes by and no quote. I call Vannoy and speak with their secretary. She told me that they were a couple weeks behind schedule and she would leave a message with her electrician. Another week goes by and no quote. I give them a couple more days and call again. The secretary says she will leave a message with the electrician. Another week goes by and no quote. I call once more and ask her what the deal is. She says he is very busy and will leave him another message to get us the quote. Here it is the end of October and still no quote. Ended up going with another electrician as we cannot wait for this lousy electric company to get back to us. Never were we told during the quote process that they were busy or it would take more than a month to get a quote for them. If you need an electrician to get the job done, I wouldn't suggest going with these guys unless you don't need to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Can't rate on their quality of work because their customer service failed before it ever made it that far.

I only post on this site if I have really good or really bad service. This fortunately is really good.
Steve the toolman (my husband), the one that fell off the roof putting up Xmas lights, suddenly discovers he needs 2 electrical outlets to put our new whirlpool tub in. I just turned around, went downstairs and plugged what I needed into the ServiceMagic website. It was a Sunday, I received a call Monday to have someone come out and take a look. Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. We accepted their price- came back today, showed up on time and did what needed to be done and didn't mind my dogs or terrible 2 year old. Highly recommend.
