Led by second-generation electrician Carey Frick, who started in his father's electrical company while in high school, he achieved his Master’s license within four years of finishing high school. After earning his Master’s license, he and his father decided it was time for him to branch out. He launched a new venture, which turned out to be another electrical business. This venture resembled his father's, addressing the electrical requirements of the Jacksonville community. He operated this electrical company for nine years before stepping back to spend time with his family. Afterward, he created Waterside Electric, where he focused on electrical installations for pools and docks. In 2022, he seized the opportunity to lead Vanguard’s team of electricians.
