I left a voice message and he texted me back within 4 hours. He took care of the problem the next day in the afternoon. He was wearing a mask during the entire visit. He is very personable and pleasant to speak with. His rates were reasonable and I will be using him for all of my electrical issues in the future.

We bought a home that unbeknownst to us needed new pool underground wirings/GCFI switches for pool system we stumbled upon knowing that all because we noticed our pool light was out and a pool tech came out and reviled the issues so We called Valley Source Electric, Manuel was our technician as I understand is also the owner, my husband and I had scheduled an appointment for him to come out and take a look, he did and said the wiring and switches were bad and definitely needing to be replaced we looked at the wiring and yes they were terrible. We scheduled Manuel to come out and install new wires/switches and he did and did at incredible job! He and his crew even trimmed my trees that were blocking the pull system area , I was surprised! The crew hit a snag during the installation process ; but was quick to go out of their way to solve the problem! The work Manuel and his team provided was beyond measure!! I will not go with anyone else for electrical issues. Side note:To those of you whom experienced communication and time arrivals issues please consider he is his own business and extends himself greatly, he is very skilled and scary smart , he knows his stuff. my family also has a small business and can relate. When your waiting on his arrival and it's over the time he said , he is tending to a prior appointment and I'm 100% sure that he ran into a snag during that appointment and has to work rather quickly and efficiently to keep the other customer satisfied. Understanding and patience is key. I come to understand being rude insulting and cut throat is not good either not for anyone. That doesn't solve anything. My experience was good and I'm happy with the work that was provided to me and my husband.

Manual saved my ass! When an old circuit breaker on my 1958 house failed, it caused the transformer on the street to pop. PG&E shut me down, but Manual showed up the next morning right on time, confirming with me that morning as well. He knew exactly what went wrong, and updated the whole panel to like new condition. He also helped to facilitate the reconnect with PG&E, and I was back online w/ power by 4:00 the same day. This is the guy to call in my experience!

For me: I scheduled for GFCI outlet to be installed price $135. today my appointment time fee was supposedly 8-12. But no one came. No phone call or text.? So @1. I called and around 2 ish I had my service done. Time management/ communication not so good. But he got the job done..

I've never had electrical work done before (newly moved out) and this was a great first experience. Will definitely be using them again if need be.

We had Manuel switch our kitchen/bathroom lights from CFL to LED lights. He was very professional. He worked with our schedule. He was thorough. He was quick. He explained his process for switching out our lights very well and would make sure we were informed if something came up. His prices are very reasonable. He came to my house promptly and I was pleasantly surprise on how reasonable his quotes are. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience with Manual the owner. He didn't show up when he said he would and we could not pin down a time for him to finish the job. So now my General contractor has to find someone else to finish, which electrician don't like finish someone else work. Manual would come late and then leave said he had to do something and then come back and stay tell 9:30pm-10pm this is residential not Commercial this made my wife uncomfortable. We also had issues with him changing how he wanted paid first it was hourly, but then he said it was a bid which made it $200 hour and he said he was worth it. He asks for all the money up front the first day, but I reminded him that by law (I'm a business owner) that he could not ask for all the money up front. I did pay him about $2000, so this is not about him not being paid.

I would not recommend for remolding jobs.
