My AC fan motor stopped working on a Saturday evening. I called many businesses, but no one was available until Monday morning at the earliest and we were expecting continued temps of 105 degrees in our heat wave. I found Frank's number, called Sunday morning at 8am - he answered, I explained my problem, he knew just what was wrong and said he could be at my house in a couple of hours with the part to fix it. He arrived within 2 hours, replaced the fan motor, and we had cool air once again. Problem solved by 10am. Did I mention it was Sunday and Father's Day? Nice guy, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. Highly recommend.

He totally ripped me off, but I let it happen because I was desperate. AC went out and I needed a repair fast because I have a 1 year old at home all day, and he was the first person I found who could do it that day. Long story short, he charged me $350 for a replacement part that other places charge $150. Go somewhere else for your service!

I called him Friday evening and left a message after coming home from work and air conditioning wasn't working - on one of the hottest days. He promptly called me back, and after I described the problem, he said he said he could be here the next day. He came, went through everything and fixed it. Will definitely use him again!

I recently moved to Yuba City and needed an electrician. I replaced a wall outlet which I've had plenty of success doing in the past. I was limited with the proper tools because all my other tools were in boxes from the moving process. I switched a socket and accidentally wired it backwards. Again my electrical wall outlet testing tool was packed away in a box. I thought I had it right but I didn't. So I called Valley Air and Electric for help. Frank sent out one of his electricians to do the job. The gentleman was in my home for less then 15 minutes. The electrician told me I just had the two wires installed backwards. After he finished he asked for $250 dollars and said to take care of payment with Frank. These guys were charging me $250 for switching two wires on a wall socket $250!!! The right thing to have done was to say hey I will cut you deal on price since it was an easy fix. He was in my house for less than 15 minutes. A week later Frank texted us demanding $350 for the job. We finally got in touch with each other yesterday and talked about payment amounts. He tried to tell me his worker was trying to charge me $350 when really it was him. The agreed bill was $250 at the end of conversation. Bad way to do business guys!!! It's really their loss in the end because I decided to a major remodel on my house and I won't be calling these guys for any future work.

Our AC unit stopped working yesterday evening. Most businesses were closed by then. I left a few businesses voicemails including Valley Air and Electric. Frank called me within 30 minutes and said he could come tomorrow. As promised he showed up and fixed our AC!! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. I would highly recommend Valley Air and Electric.

Finding an amazing heating and air person in our community has been difficult... they either do not show up or insist your entire unit needs to be replaced at the cost of many thousands of dollars. Frank did neither! He always shows up and he is utterly honest about what needs to be fixed to get your system up and running. He is courteous and pleasant to have in your home while he is working. Frank has worked on our unit both in the summer and winter. Although we know at some point soon, we'll need a new unit, he has kept our unit working with very affordable repairs. Valley Electric and Air is our go-to heating and air conditioning repair company!

Frank was very honest and helpful. He even came out on a Sunday! Even though my system is not what he is familiar with he still helped me out and told me he would make phone calls to help me out. He really went out of his way and its appreciative! I would highly recommend him!

I spoke with frank and he would not come out for a second opinion , he didn't want to offend his competitors. I find that strange . Anyone else ever need a second opinion ? Don't call this company for service .
