From the first, booking Valiant was great. John (the manager) was very communicative and immediately provided some time slots and an estimate, and sent a reminder through Yelp the day before the electricians came.

The electricians Bill and John were so efficient, thorough and courteous. They came early, were wearing masks and super respectful. I asked them to come and change a socket at the back of our garden which doesn't work.

When they needed to test the breaker, Bill called me on my phone to make sure that they could turn off power. I asked them to wait for a break in our call schedule (we are all working from home and on Zoom calls all the time) and they figured out which circuits they could turn off safely so it would not affect our internet router.

After they were done, they explained to me what they had done and showed me the part they had replaced. They also asked me if I had any questions. Great service, will definitely call them for electrical work in the future!

These guys are amazing. I made an appointment for 8am, they were here at 7:55am.
The called the day before to check in and confirm the appointment. They provided a more reasonable estimate than anyone else, stuck to it and finished the job quickly.

I had a security gate that wouldn't close, I contacted them through Yelp, they responded immediately, and we scheduled an appointment for early the next day. They arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. It wasn't cheap and made me realize if I were more handy I could have done this myself, but that's on me. Thanks!

Guys need more experience. Hired to adjust entry door and install 2nd lock. Holes made inaccurate, locks where working only when pushing or pulling the door. We had to hire another handyman to redone almost everything they did. In total paid like for entire new door.

I wasn't expecting a company that specializes in electrics to work on something as trivial as bird repellant, by Alex and Mo showed up on time, were very courteous, and got the job done quickly. They also came with their own masks and gloves, which is much appreciated during these Covid times.

I would definitely use Valiant again.

Good News:
Responded very quickly (same day as request was made) - I was very clear that I needed 30 outlets and 10 machine power cords wired at a commercial site (mostly 110 and some 220). Three people showed up on Sunday - Yeah! We were under a time crunch.

Bad News: NONE of them knew what they were doing

Bad News: They immediately started up charging every outlet

Bad News: We sent them home after 2 hours and 10 outlets were installed

Poor Practice: They charged for the full job as quoted even though they did not complete their side of the agreement (e.g. left after 2 hrs and did not complete the work).

Seems like they were looking for the opportunity to bilk someone in a bind rather than help someone in a bind.
