Bill was the technician that showed up, on time. He showed up wearing a mask and kept it on the entire time. I appreciate his consideration for safety during this time. He was great to explain everything thoroughly. He went over the details at least twice to make sure I understood what he was doing and any obstacles he encountered. He made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up everything. He was very polite and professional. I totally recommend Valiant for all your home repair needs and I would definitely use them again.

John T. The Manager responded to my inquiry on Yelp to install an outlet in my garage. He asked questions about panel location and where I want the outlet installed to which I gave answers to. He mentioned if I have a picture it would 'help' with providing an estimate. I replied back advising him I'm out of town and cannot provide a picture. I requested the job to be done next week so I'm seeking estimates. John said he cannot give an estimate without having all the information. I provided all the info he asked, just don't have a picture of a brand new homes' electrical panel mounted on the wall.. He clearly doesn't WANT my business. I advise anyone looking for a professional to seek elsewhere.

Highly recommend. John and team did some Ethernet wiring, switch repair and replacements, and installed a Ring Elite doorbell on my outdoor gate. They're very fast and easy to work with. The Ring installation was awesome - they found a custom solution so we didn't have to cut a hole in the wall. I tried many online forums and suppliers but couldn't find a solution as neat as theirs. Their background is in working with commercial real estate so they understand high quality finishing and reliability!

Our circuit breaker and kitchen light was having issues so we needed an electrician right away!

I requested a price quote through Yelp. I received quote from many companies, but Valiant Home Repair responded very quickly. There were able to schedule me right away!

My appointment was at 8am. Two electricians arrived at my home and I was happy they arrived early. They looked at my kitchen light and noticed nothing was wrong with the wire or power. The issues was the branch made by the manufacturer and advised to purchase a new light fixture to save money. They purchased the new breaker at Home Depot and made the repairs very quickly.

They were very nice and knowledgeable. I like the fact they don't pressure you to pay more by giving you options to save money. Valiant will definitely be my contact for future electrical repairs.

My bathroom fan recently gave out and I came to yelp to find an electrician to install a replacement. I requested a quote and Valiant responded quickly and with what I thought a fair price. They were on time to our appointment, kept my house/bathroom clean, and made the replacement in less time than anticipated.
