Heidi P.VA Electrical Contractors installed a Generac generator on my house in January of 2022. In the process they cut sprinkler lines which they tried to fix, but I had to have them fixed by Medallion Sprinkler.
When the light was blinking yellow, I tried to call them, but I got someone else's voice mail. So, I contacted Champion. Champion fixed the problem and said my generator was NOT INSTALLED TO CODE.
Finally reached VA Electrical and they said they would fix the install to code but that they had several others they had to fix first and didn't know when they could fix it--if at all.
DO NOT USE THEM!
