As an electrician I would recommend. As a general contractor/builder I would not recommen as he doesn't back his work or the work of other subcontractors used.
We bought a house from Mr. Von Scott, built in 2022 and 2023. We had water leak in the 2nd story bathroom and he Provided plummers info who did rough in only, ended up being caused by a loose mixing valve cap and no Teflon tape on the shower head extension. Hopefully caught before mold has set in. Additional water leak in bedroom, no resolution, cant or won't provide me with the name of the company responsible. On site septic system has issues, not under required maintenance contract, and I get the run around trying to find out who installed the system. Buyer beware of this contractor!
