Brian insisted that to put in the correct part, after he'd put in a temporary wrong one, would cost me- he kept changing the numbers to what it would cost but essentially it was about double on the initial agreed upon price. After threatening Brian with complaining to BBB and CSLB , he agreed to refund half the money because as I repeated to him, he had put in a temporary fix and I'd paid for a full one. That refund was for $225. His wife was supposed to zelle it during the day, then that changed to during the evening, and then the next day. As with prior times where his numbers changed, he ""accidentally"" told me that I'd get my $200. When I corrected him, he didn't apologize but said that ""why is he not surprised I'd jump on that"" and called me a money pit. In the end he did refund me the $225 but it would be nicer if he'd have not jumped around with ever changing prices to do what he was supposed to have done to start with at the initial agreed upon price, and would have cared about this as a problem of him delivering what he'd promised at the price that he promised, rather than telling me he was looking into this out of the goodness of his heart and wanting to make a profit the second time he'd attempt to fix it too. Still we did agree on a partial refund instead of correct installation, and he did refund half the amount paid, so that was something.

Just beware of this company. He recently provided a estimate for some work we needed done at our home. His estimate was 5x as much as everyone else.
After he provided the estimate, and still a month later, he is harassing my wife via text messages.
Run as far as you can from this scammer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! My contractor subcontracted with V-Tech to do the electricity for my cabin and paid Brian to do the work. He came out, and started the job, but left it half finished. Then went AWOL, leaving me without electricity for more than a month, and he left such a mess of wires underneath the cabin that several other electricians we brought out couldn't figure out how to fix the problem. The problem is far worse than merely unfinished, it's as though he sabotaged the job, and it will cost me twice as much to complete. I have every intention of filing complaints with the Better business bureau and going after his license. You do not want to hire this company.

He is not out of business. We recently had Brian V. out to our home for a few different small jobs. This was our second time doing business with Brian. I will never call a different electrician. He does great work, he is fair and reasonable. He has a wonderful work ethic. He is the best!
