I signed a contract to have a whole house generator installed in September 2019 with a stipulation that the generator be installed within 129 days. I called last week and got the ""run around"" from the owner who couldn't understand why his operations manager would have written that in the agreement. Anyway, the owner promised to call me back the same day and never did. I've left multiple voice messages for the company to call me back including Cory Place, the ops Mgr, who also failed to return my voice message. I don't know how a business like this can be rated so well by Generac when it's so poorly run. Buyer BEWARE!

I would have given them less if possible. It took them one day less than a year to complete our whole house generator. Lies, failed verbal promises, snotty office staff and an owner who will not speak with you. They use subcontractors, their work is sloppy, their inspections failed [twice] and now they refuse to honor a paid for service contract because I gave them a lousy, but honest, review. I guess it's off to small claims court.

I rate this company a big fat F! The worse service I have ever experienced! The sales person comes out promptly and tells you everything you want to hear and the does the complete opposite! They tell you will be 6 months to get generator installed but has now been 7 months and still haven't even ordered the generator, that also don't tell you they have 6 months from the time they receive the permit which was not received until July so now they have until Jan of 2019! They have taken complete advantage of my elderly mother! They do not call you, you have to call them. Then they tell you you have to call Amerigas to arrange the propane tank instal, during the sales pitch they tell you they do all that. Would never ever recommend them the owner will never speak to you makes his secretary talk to you! They are a rip off!
