I needed help with a kitchen wall plug, contacted USAmerican Electrical Services amongst others, they were the few first to respond with excellent reviews and were very accommodating to my schedule. Arvin was upfront and honest of the issues and potential costs. I ended up not only fixing the wall plug but adding a new line since my old house wires are not competitive with multiple electrical devices on at the same time. The job was done efficiently, they cleaned up after themselves and now everything works great. Happy customer.

I blew out a circuit breaker using a second space heater in a guest bedroom. I could not reset the breaker and contacted and electrician who was too busy to handle my situation and referred me to Arvin at USAmerican Electrical. Arvin answered the phone and made an we made an appointment for Saturday morning. He showed up on time, explained to me the possible reasons for the problem. After checking out the panel he determined that 2 of the breakers were just too old and broken and needed to be replaced. He had the parts in his truck and took care of the replacement in 10 minutes. He showed me the old breakers and explained why the no longer worked. He also gave me some advice on a flickering light problem I have been having. He was prompt, professional, quickly solved me problem and his price was fair.

Having my kitchen remodeled and ran into a snag. Had to have an outlet added for the new range hood. Contacted Arvin and he was able to come out the next day. Communication was GREAT! Told me what time he would be here and also texted me to let me know when he was on his way. I hate not knowing when someone is going to show up so I really appreciated that. I sent him pictures of what needed to be done, he was able to give me a quote and there were no surprises for either of us. Got here when he said that he would, fixed the problem and now my project is back on schedule. Thanks!!

This young man has an old wonderful soul which is demonstrated when you meet him. He was warm, engaging and most of all proficient at his craft. He checked my issues and gave me options. He tried to fix a outside lighting canister and then advised that it was not worth the money it would cost to fix since it was a light I rarely used.
Rarely I meet one of my tribe... he is!
