Arvin and Rene are very professional reliable and know what they are doing. We had an ongoing electrical problem in our house. Arvin showed up on time found the problem right away explained it to us in full detail gave us different options and in the end fixed everything fast and at a very reasonable price. Amazing service ! I requested a quote and was contacted less than 10 minutes later. They asked a few questions told me how their service works. I asked for an in home evaluation they showed up within the hour. They explained in detail what the problem seemed to be and did testing. Once they had the proper supplies they began working on the issues. They took care of the problem even stayed around to test everything. Both Arvin and Rene were very professional and polite. The issues were assessed and handled properly and adequately same day. I am very pleased with the work these two gentleman did today. Such great communication!! I went on yelp looking for a technician and they replied to my post quickly, within the hour. They gave me a time window for their availability today and communicated with me when they were on their way.
When they arrived, Arvin and his colleague were both polite and professional. They assessed my problem and made a diagnosis and told me the plan and quote for the parts and labor.
