I had an issue with a new dual fuel range I purchased. I had no idea it required 40 amps and was 240v instead of the usual 110v. I called US American Electrical as well as 3 other electricians. US was the only one who could come the next day. Arvin arrived earlier than the 11am to 1pm range and quickly surmised the situation which required a new dedicated line that would connect to the range. I got an estimate and time to complete but I wanted to think about it before doing the work. Arvin was very accomodating and did not charge me for coming in even though gas prices are high. Needless to say, I ended up calling him back to do the work! I will post on that work later on but I would not hesitate to contact US American Electrical Services as they are honest and fair.

I reached out to some electricians on Yelp because one of my bathroom light fixtures didn't work. We didn't know if it was the fixture or the dimmer. When Arvin called, he never disclosed a service fee of $189, nor did he disclose the service would be considered an ""emergency"" because it was a Sunday. My request did not state it was an emergency.

Having said this, after he did the trouble shooting he came to the conclusion that two dimmer switches needed to be replaced as they had blew. His estimate was $489 to trouble shoot, and replace two dimmer switches - which was a very high estimate. I'm basing this opinion on 20+ years in real estate, and investing.

Had Arvin disclosed his $189 trouble shooting fee, I could be better informed on whether or not he would be the right electrician for what I was looking for. After explaining that to him, he quickly said ""nobody provides customer service"" - and he's right. But that wasn't the issue. I was not looking for charity or customer service ..... just transparency.

If you decide to use this company, please ask for all their fees upfront.

Arvin is honest and reliable . He was patient in answering my questions and went the extra mile in helping look for a hvac provider when we identified the issue not being an electrical one. Highly recommend using Arvin!

I messaged US American Electrical Services and set up a time to meet and get a bid on a project for a condo building that I manage. They messaged me through Yelp at 3 am saying that they had an emergency and couldn't meet. I wrote back and said that I understood and rescheduled for today (2 weeks later). They gave me a window of 8-10 am. I don't live in the building so I had to drive there and wait. They never called or wrote or messaged or anything. They just didn't show up. I finally reached the owner and he again said ""Sorry there was an emergency."" I will give him the benefit of the doubt and believe that there were two emergencies on the two days I scheduled with him. What I do not believe is that it was impossible for him to call or write to apologize and reschedule. I would never use this company. If they can't be professional in this small regard, what faith do I have that they will do a good job with electrical work?

Arvin is the man. He came out back in September to help me with a few different projects. I quoted many companies through Yelp and his was the best and the most pleasant to interact with.

I had an issue with one of my breakers getting water damage several months later. He came out and fixed it with ease, at no cost to me. Really appreciated the help and advice from him.

I'd give him 10 stars if I could... I'm a Home Maintenance Tech (Handyman+) and was in dire need of a great electrician for a job at my favorite client's house. I needed a very complicated outdoor box tapped into to rewire a timer and a new pump into a really nice, old backyard fountain that hadn't worked for over a year. I called 3 companies on the Westside, Arvin returned my call almost immediately (the other 2 never even called back), was incredibly nice, and made arrangements to come out the next morning despite being busy.

He showed up on time and did a bang-up job untangling the wires in the box and wiring a new waterproof outlet box with a timer right on the face of the larger electrical box. 10 days later the timer stopped working (it was defective and NOT his fault) and, although he couldn't come himself because he was sick with Covid, he talked me through replacing it, it now works perfectly, and the client could not be happier!!!

I can do basic stuff like installing/replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, etc, but I now have my go-to Electrician for the jobs I cannot do. I will use him for every one of them. YOU SHOULD, TOO!!

I booked an appointment for today between 8:30 am. and 10:00 for this electrician to come and assess an issue that we are having with a bathroom light. We confirmed the appointment and he was supposed to call on his way to the property. No call, no electrician. They just blew off the appointment.

Arvin came out to our home on a Sunday morning and was simply the best. Informative, kind, and very helpful. Wasn't technically an emergency, but felt much better after he had replaced all of our outlets and labeled our electrical panel. Will definitely be having Arvin back for any future electrical needs. Cannot recommend USAmerican Electrical Services more.

Arvin did a great job on installing my lights, a new outlet, and a dishwasher outlet. He was responsive, came the day after I requested an appointment, and he put in the time needed to get the project done right. He even spent extra time removing the dishwasher, which wasn't planned for. I highly recommend him for your next project.
