USA Repairs Electrical was quick to respond to my Yelp inquiry. Steve came the very next day and was exactly on time. I initially just wanted to swap out dimmer switches to regular switches so they would be compatible with my smart bulbs, but had him check out an outdoor outlet and bathroom light fixture as well. He quickly swapped out my switches and changed the outdoor outlet for an extremely reasonable price. He tinkered with my bathroom light fixture and got it to work. He could have charged me for this or scammed me into paying for additional work, but didn't. Steve was very friendly, professional, and honest. I would definitely recommend USA Repairs to anyone looking for a quality electrician that is professional, honest, and fair. I will definitely use USA Repairs/Steve again.

Maybe get a couple of different estimates to makes sure. We looked them up on Yelp and they seemed to have great reviews. I give them 5 star for fast response service but 1 star for price. 6200 for around 3 hrs of work. I thought this was steep as the Grand Canyon. Couldn't believe it. They gave me 10 percent off after I called back to tell them my shock so About 5600 was charged. I called and asked how much per hour do you generally charge? He said we charge per job. I said so if it's a charge of 1000 to 2000 per hour that's the charge? He continued and said it's per job and definitely stayed Clear from answering the per hour charge. It was during the heat wave and half of the house was out of power. I would be willing to pay a lot more but wow. The invoice is hardly legible and says replaced everything in the fuse box. So vague and No part numbers of what we paid for. Over 6000 brought down to about 5600 after I called to complain is still pretty wild for around 3 hours. So get estimates from 3 companies I would say.

Bobby was early so he called ahead to ask if that was okay. Of course, I said! Very nice of him to ask. Came in, figured out the problem, did the work in a flash. I said, there's one more thing, do you have time to look at it? No problem! Took care of that too, very quickly. Bobby does great work, is professional and just a really nice guy.
