We're very happy with the services provided by Steve. After contacting USA Repairs via Yelp, Steve came by for a free consultation the next day. He is very knowledgable - went above and beyond in addressing our questions about new light installations and repairs and also pointed out a few items that may cause problems in the future. He was available the following day to complete the job. On the day of the installation, Steve was efficient, very thorough and patient in explaining to us what he has done (and precautions going forward). He's also a pleasant person to have around - we had some fun conversations. Will definitely be calling Steve for our electrical needs going forward.

I had a good experience with Steve. I found him to be highly competent, and willing to go above and beyond to troubleshoot several unforeseen issues with my house's electrical system. In the process, he snuffed out a potential safety hazard or two. This company was excellent. Bobby set up our ring security system in two units. It was a big job with many different outdoor cameras around the property and lots of wiring and even having to move and mount things outside to different places for the best views. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and kind. He was patient when we asked to move things after he had already done tons of work. Prices were extremely fair. Would highly recommend.

At our condo, we had electrical issue right when ""stay-at-home"" went into effect, and I was working from home. Having online connection and computer access was essential, and then, the power went out which was about 4:30 pm.

Bobby came within 2 hours on a rainy day, and repaired the issue within about 30 minutes. He wasted no time and worked efficiently as he recognized my need for power.

I could not have been happier with Bobby's service. After he was done with the repair, he even tested the electrical flow to provide preventative recommendations. He was extremely courteous and thorough all the while respecting social distancing.

Bobby was called on Easter Sunday to come and fix an emergency electrical hazard in my apartment. The company sent him out immediately! He was very patient and didn't rush through completing his job! He wore his gloves and face mask and we stayed 6ft plus away so he could do his job diligently and effectively! Fantastic job. I needed an LED ceiling light fixture installed above my stairs. It had a driver that seemed much too big to fit in the electrical box full of wires for a three-way application. Bob managed to fit it all in and complete the installation in no time. I'll definitely be calling them whenever I need any electrical work done.
