Bobby came to the rescue yet again. He came out yesterday to fix another electrician's mistake. The previous electrician had wired the heater to a light switch. It was a confusing situation and Bobby took his time to trouble shoot for the problem. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and patient electrician, Bobby is your man! Highly recommend. They sent a repairman out within two hours even though I called early in the morning. Steve was knowledgeable and clearly communicated the situation which was a broken main circuit breaker. He fixed it quickly and tightened up the other wires in the box. It was a very positive experience.

Drilling into a wall in my garage, I nicked some wires running into my main electrical panel. Bobby came out the next morning (right on schedule) and got to work. He figured out the problems (apparently I also blew out the main breaker as well as damaging two hot and one ground line - d'oh!) and got everything back up and running on a little over an hour. Bobby did a great job explaining each step and answering my questions. He found a few more things that need to be addressed but never pressured me into doing anything that was not necessary. I am guessing that we will move forward on his recommendations in the near future and when we do, I'll be asking for him!
