Absolutely the best electrician around!

I called needing help with a panel upgrade and had some issues with a couple of sockets in my home. I talked to Gail about my situation and she told me not to worry and that she would send somebody out to my own ASAP!

When Ken arrived he made me feel at ease, he diagnosed my problems quickly, and had all my issues fixed within no time at all. My outlets and my panel is working fine, and my family and I are back to using our Jacuzzi. I would recommend USA electric to everybody because they are family run business and take pride in their work. Before you call any other electrician, make sure you call USA electric first, you'll be glad you did!

I made an appointment -- days in advance -- for an estimate for work related to a kitchen remodel. I accepted the 2-hour window offered, and took the day off (in part) to meet the electrician. After waiting for the appointed time to come and go, I was told they ""got busy on a job more complicated than originally planned"" and had to reschedule me to another day. I told the woman I spoke with (who was very nice, by the way) I needed to move on, and to find another electrician. I said I don't have the luxury of taking vacation days to wait for contractors who simply don't show up. So... USA Electric lost a potential customer today.

Great service! I called at 9am and they sent someone out shortly after. Oscar fixed the circuit issue in a few minutes. Would definitely call again.

I called looking for an estimate over the phone and the lady who answered was very rude. Pretty much told me they do not give estimates over the phone (which is ridiculous considering I could be a potential customer) and practically hung up on me. Customer service is number one for me and first impressions. My first impression of this place is that they are rude and not helpful. I would say find a better electrician.!

I had a problem with my an outlet and it turned out to be a much larger electicle issue in my condo. I worked with Ken, who was able to rectify the electrical problems all throughout my Kitchen. I would not hesitate to give him a call for any future issues

The guys from USA electric, provided a quote and same day service for installing 4 new outlets. They stayed till the job was done and provided excellent customer service. On a very hot day the worked their butts off and now my baby girl is basking in an air conditioned room!

Just moved into a 1950s house, which was in need of many repairs and upgrades. We upgraded our electric panel, grounded outlets, and got power to our garage through digging a trench and running a new electrical line to the garage.

The work was done well, although one of the sprinkler lines was broken when the trench was dug. Also, some scraps from the grounded outlets were found after the work was completed.

Overall, I believe they did good job. I would recommend them, especially because the cost was about half of what we were quoted from another high rated electrician company.
