Called to make an appointment, was advised by the woman who answered that they were busy and asked if she could take my number to call me back. Never received a call back.

Sent them an email for an estimate. No response.

Wanted to give them a chance, but they didn't want the business opportunity.

Wow, what great service!!!
I called USA Electric on Monday morning with a power outage at my office.
Needless to say how freaked out I was. All the employees phone lines were off due to the power and we were not able to communicate with our clients nor were they able to communicate with us.
USA Electric came promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it fast. Everyone was back to work in a jiffy.
USA Electric saved us time and money by being as attentive as they are (highly appreciated).

Is there a way to give 100 stars? USA Electric is seriously the best electrical company in Los Angeles. Kenny and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and they do A+ work. They rewired our entire house and their level of attention to detail was amazing. They were extremely affordable for the amount of work and quality of work they did - and we will never use any other electrical companies.
