Just got helped by Kenny and John today at Crossfit 213. I can tell you I am truly impressed by the honesty and professionalism that each one of them showed. Kenny was showing the ropes for John since he is new to the company and managed the entire job perfectly. All the while making sure that we were taken care of. I know that I called the right place because they even had a GPS system that I could track to see when they would arrive. If you want the job done correctly, with no BS, call them, and ask for Ken.

Needed help with some issues we had with our 240 volt electrical system for the electric cars we have, it was easy making an appointment, they worked around our scheduled with helped, and they came out and figured out the issue and resolved it quickly for us, one main issue we had was we live in a condo, so you have to deal with the HOA when getting into the electrical room, but they worked with them to get everything squared away and getting us up and running again. - Thank you.

If you are looking for a dependable & reliable electrician, then look no further. USA Electric responds immediately to emergency situations and has you back up and running in no time. We've used them more than once and, I must say each time their electricians come, they are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. These guys know what they are doing. They take time to trouble shoot in order to get to the source of the problem. Some of our switches weren't working properly so they came in and tested a few things and diagnosed the problem. I've noticed in the past, previous electricians seemed unconcerned and didn't ask many questions. Not to mention they weren't too friendly. But USA Electric was the best! The electrician took time to explain what the problem is and what they were going to do. For a friendly customer service driven electrician give them a call!
