Andy and Edgar installed 6 brand new outside lights lining our sidewalk and outdoor walkway (this was a follow up to an initial visit to figure out how we'd lost power a few weeks back).

They arrived early and were a pleasure to work with. They answered all our questions about logistics and could provide details about the lighting options and why they were situating each of the lights the way they did. I will definitely be using this company again... both experiences were top notch!

This is our second time using USA electric. We got tired of old RF doorbell failing on us, so we decided to install wired doorbell with RF transmitter to have a second unit in the back yard. Edgar and Andy arrived on time, explained in detail what the job entails and they worked fast. They did a great job and cleaned up after they were done.
I would recommend them any time and will definitely call them back when we need electrician.

I made appointment to fix a light fixture that flickers. When the technician arrived, the light fixture wasn't flickering and he stated that if he opens it to troubleshoot he will have to charge me even if he doesn't find an issue since it wasn't currently flickering. I asked if he can only fix it if it flickers and he said he can fix wires that are faulty but doesnt know what the issue is so can't be sure there is anything to fix but will charge me regardless. I asked how much and he said 250-450! When I said that sounded really high for one light fixture that he didnt know what the issue was, he asked what price I wanted to pay and said he can talk to the office about less of a price. I was shocked that he randomly quoted a price, then was very open haggling. It was such a bizarre interaction that I asked him to leave as I felt so uncomfortable in how his approach and whether he would even fix the light, regardless of whatever random price he was trying to charge me.

Aris and Andy came by this morning to install an outlet and ceiling light into my front closet. they texted 20 minutes before their arrival and were right on time. They identified a unique solution for my situation and worked quickly and efficiently. They went through all of the work and estimate before starting so I was clear on the work. They cleaned up after completing the work. excellent experience.
