Getting a generator installed by US Power Pros. Brian was easy to work with regarding purchasing the generator. Very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. Emily and Ashley have been great keeping me up to date on the installation. It has been a busy time for them but we are almost there. Looking forward to the peace of mind knowing I will have if needed.

Have a service contract with US Power Pros. During Beryl, the Generator went out so we called them to come out to trouble shoot. Although they could not come to my house, because they were so busy, they did however install a new generator at my neighbors house while mine was not operating. They did not even attempt to come by to check on my generator while we were without power. They obviously prioritize new customers , but once they get you under contract, you are no longer a priority.

Now our generator has an error code. With a new storm Francine coming, we once again called US Power Pros. I was told that the entire company is in meetings and training all day today and they are not sure when they can even call me back to schedule a time when they can come out to inspect it.

When they sold me the contract the told me they have 24hr response and would respond to ensure the generator was operating when needed.

In addition, they are two (2) months late on my annual maintenance because they allegedly do not have the maintenance kits in stock. The wifi monitoring system they sold me no longer works and the app is no longer working as well.

We are having problems with the generator, after Beryl, they installed. We have called for two days, no one answering calls, left several messages. We paid for a service agreement with them No return call. I am so mad. I am taking care of 100 yr old mother who is on O2. The generator just keeps turning off.

We had our generator installed by this company. The installation was smooth but the process in itself was painful. It feels as though they only have two full time personnel working the phones and if both are busy good luck getting ahold of them. They don't answer or return calls. Installed my generator and when it came time to run it did not work despite being newly installed for only a week. There is also a distinct gas smell when it was running which leads to be believe that we may have a faulty generator and gas leak.

This is a great company to do business with! They followed through exactly as they promised, not varying from the timeline they gave me. Brian, their sales rep is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Made my decision to go with US Power Pros, and paid half down on 3/28/24. The generator was completely installed by 4/19/24. Got a whole house 22k Generac. Richard coordinated everything perfectly!
Special shout out to Jeremy and Tate who are professional, knowledgeable and hard workers! They completed the electrical work on 4/19. Then they filled and compacted the trench, replaced the pavers, cleaned everything up well, and made it look great!! They gave us a tutorial on how the generator works in a way that was totally understandable!!
If you are in the market for a generator, you cannot go wrong with US Power Pros! Give them a call, you will not be disappointed!!

I would like to express our appreciation for a job well done by US Power Pros! We had a Generac generator installed and from the time Tad came out to our home to the final installation step the company was amazing. We were able to meet several of the technicians that work for US Power Pros along with out sourced personnel. From the administrative personnel to the technicians everyone was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. You couldn't ask for a better group of people to handle this process. Installing a generator involves multitasking and juggling time availability and/or parts availability; throw in rainy weather and it takes a lot of effort from the administrative staff to organize. So a BIG Shout Out and a Thank You to everyone involved.
