He was easy to schedule, made insightful recommendations, careful during the work to minimize impact to the existing drywall, and did a great job cleaning up before he left. Javier is THE best electrician I have ever had the pleasure of contracting in San Diego. We needed to run/drop ethernet cables across the house from the router, and of all the electricians I got quotes from, Javier was the lowest (seriously, about 3-5x cheaper than others for the same work).
