I had a problem with an old thermostat linked to an electric baseboard heater. Ray was the first electrician (out of many that I called) who tried to trouble shoot what was wrong by phone before deciding if an appointment was needed. Others just jumped to telling me how much they would charge even just to come out and see what was wrong. When Ray showed up, he was very thorough in finding out what was wrong and then was also very accommodating in checking my other thermostats and baseboard heaters. Turned out there was some very strange wiring that was done previously that caused the heaters to warm up very slowly, but Ray took the time to sort through everything in a systematic way and fixed the problem. Definitely happy to have found someone like Ray!
