I had a project I decided to do at my house to add a bedroom to our house. We met with a guy named Udi and we are so happy we did. He was professional, always on time and his prices were very fair. We will definitely use these guys again if we need construction.

I had my house painted 3 years ago and have asked numerous times since, for paint to use for touch ups. This is supposed to be the kind of paint that lasts 20 years, makes your home energy efficient, etc. I can't find it in stores. I need to do some touch ups and have called numerous times over the past 2 weeks, as well as emailed. NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS OR RESPONDS TO EMAIL!
It seems that once they finish the job, continued customer satisfaction isn't a priority! Too bad! I may have hired them for other work if they had followed through on their promise to get me the paint!

I waited a year to write this review for 2 reasons; 1.) Objectivity and 2.) Warrenty
I did eventually get the kitchen I wanted. This review is to inform consumers of the process.
When you sign the contract if you seek redress to any grievances that may arise you're at the mercy of US Developers
to compromise. Legal recourse is next to zero and you MUST continue to pay no matter the dispute.
As a customer if you can't be home during construction or hire a construction monitor you are at the mercy of the ethics of the contractor, to
use quality materials, use legal workers and protect your home from collateral damages.
Once construction is ongoing your Project Manager will appear at your home less and less. The Project Manager may be running several workers and projects all over the county while also meeting customers drumming up new business. While workers are in your home there's OFTEN no supervision. It goes without saying unsupervised laborers will take shortcuts and cover up construction mishaps from you and the company.
These operations are why Contractors earn the bad reputation they receive as an industry.
I had a complete kitchen remodel. My sales consultant/project manager was Adelle. By far Adelle is a top professional in all categories.
Before writing this review I reviewed text messages and notes for accuracy.
What was most upsetting doing business with US Developers is they cost me, the customer unnecessary hundreds of dollars.
Deceptive advertising. US Developers attracted my business in part from their offer to accept credit cards. My credit card has a 20k open line.
I receive rewards from using my card. After lengthy debates Adelle refused stating the company has to pay a fee for credit use and would
just raise their cost to the customer to offset their Loss. No fee cost to the customer is in their add. All my pleas to have Adelle honor US Developers
ad went unheeded. I stiffed in a new customer call to US Developers spoke to Dillion, who identified himself as a company manager. Dillion said by all means I could use my credit card without penalty. Adelle would not compromise. Adelle is from Israel and spoke to Dillon in that language.
Adelle promised Porta-Pottys would be brought in for extended jobs. No Potty, Everyday of 30 days on the job a worker
would ask to use my restroom. At first I allowed, uncomfortable with a strange worker going into my room and closing the door. The worker is not my house guest.
One of the workers left construction dirt on my rugs and missed the bowl I no longer let them into any rooms they were not working in.

Finally, a contractor with professionalism who is honest, trustworthy, and communicative. I was very impress with the work, it was clean and I had no complaints. The work they did for me was remodel a bathroom, reface the kitchen cabinets, new flooring for the entire house with new baseboards, installed three recessed lights, and interior paint throughout.

US Developers & Property will soon start work on the exterior of the house including retaining walls, new pathways, landscape and painting.

I highly recommend US Developers & Property! Ariel is awesome! Please tell them I referred you.

So far I am fairly happy with the work from US developer and property, I had patio enclosure, new stamped concrete walk way, new flooring in patio and french drain installed from them. Eitay and his crew were professional and the works were done fairly on time. One issue I had was after rains, water is leaking in from outside walkway and half of the patio got soaked under water. I followed Eitay's advice and installed new french in the backyard. Overall the project went a little over budget but the patio and walkway turns out pretty good and I do recommend Eitay and US developer for further jobs.

Ariel at US Developer & Property is wonderful to work with! He not only kept his promise and finished on schedule, every time the team (Juan Jr. And Juan Sr.) left our house after having worked entire day, they cleaned up and made sure everything looks nice. Our project involved completely redoing our deck and patio, as well as rennovating the landscape with an improved irrigation system and a stamped concrete driveway and walkways. Their prices are reasonable even though Arial asked for increase for material cost. However, we didn't mind because that just showed us how conservative he was on our quote. Our backyard and front yard looks so beautiful!! We have gotten so many compliments from our friends and family! We highly recommend US Developer and Property!

I had an appointment set for last Friday afternoon, the company called me right at the appointment time to cancel. OK no big deal, but calling at the exact moment made me wonder. The estimator came out on Sunday - Michael. Spent a decent amount of time going over everything and measuring. I was wondering though about the actual estimate when i saw him jot notes down on a pad and not a professional estimate pad etc. Then he gave me a very high quote, so i asked for the info in writing in front of him and he said i cant give that to you. What? how can i base a huge decision such as house painting on remembering what you said and how much. He said you might use this to compare to others..Yeah duh that's what estimates are about! I actually told him that's the way people do it they have other estimates and the job is based on professionalism, presentation, how you answer my questions AND the price, not only the price. So he said i will email it to you...still received nothing! Beware of this company!
