Had to have my AC/Heater replaced, because it finally gave out. I decided to go with US Comfort, because a neighbor had their AC/Heater replaced by them a couple of years ago and is very happy with the job they did. Elias at US Comfort gave me an estimate within two days of me reaching out to them and work began just a few days later. The work crew was very nice, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up at the end of the day, before leaving. Throughout the installation, which lasted 4 days, Elias stayed in touch and answered any questions I had. The whole process was smooth and pleasant and I couldn't be happier with the result! I highly recommend US Comfort for your HVAC needs, their knowledge and professionalism made it a very pleasant experience.... and the best part is that they offer a 5 year warranty, most other places do not. US Comfort gets 5 stars from me!!!

Wonderful experience!I phoned Elyes because my old fashioned wall heater stopped working and he answered the phone himself!!
Good point straight off. Then he asked me,is it a two sided or single sided unit ( I had both units) the fact he even knew this, was so great because I had called about 20 other companies and either I got an answering service or they had no idea what I was talking about.
Elyes was so professionally experienced, I knew he was the right guy. He said he would come out the next day to take a look but gave me prices on repairing or replacing the units over the phone so I knew about what I was in for before he even came.
He arrived the next day and we discussed my options. He also told me since these units are so old fashioned, perhaps installing a mini split system would be the better option. He explained everything to me, and with no pressure I choose the mini split system. He came again prior to purchasing a unit to see just what square footage was involved and what size unit I would need.
He knew exactly what he was doing!!
He purchased a beautiful unit and his men, Ilsias in particular,
came out and got to work and installed it. They worked very cleanly, they knew what they were doing. They were polite and respectful. They were completely dedicated to doing an excellent job. They worked straight through, never rushing anything and the result was such a beautiful job!!
I was so happy with their work, I decided to have them install a second mini split system in a bedroom. Once again, a clean, thorough, fantastic job!!
I was so pleased with Elyes and Ilsias' work
that I then had them upgrade my electrical panel and install a heating unit in the bathroom. They undertook all the permitting processes, I didn't have to do a thing!!
Elyes is so personable, energetic and kind but also so very knowledgeable and up on all the latest aspects of construction.
It was such a pleasure to have hired them.
I have plans for them to build a new gate.
I can't say enough good things about them and my experience.
This is your guy if you want a trouble free, stress free job done. A job done cleanly, beautifully, thoroughly and stress free.

This Company came out promptly and the charge for a maintenance call was less than other companies. But when I asked if they would adjust the temperature, the technician quoted me $500 dollars for the adjustment on top of the maintenance charge.

I called Monkey Wrench Plumbing. They charged more for the maintenance call, but they adjusted the temperature at no charge which took about two minutes.

I feel like this company intended to take advantage of me. I would never call them again.

They inspected the ac unit. The computer brain of the AC was blown from the incorrect circuit so they increased the voltage on my electrical panel, replaced the AC computer brain, and required the system within the AC on the roof on top of my condo building. I shook satisfied. I had to wait for several months to make this post. All is working well within the four months they rewired. They even cleaned the The outside of the AC unit since it had a lot of dust being outside. Very satisfied. I recommend this company. And I felt the price was green too.

I called US Comfort to schedule an AC Tune Up. Our system is only 5 years old and working fine. But due to the Covid pandemic, we neglected to have our annual AC maintenance last year and were concerned that the system may need a refrigerant refill.

While we were able to schedule an appointment immediately and they arrived promptly, the communication over who was doing the work and what work they were doing quickly began to break down.

I received texts from Elias that he was arriving at 9am (after originally being told 12pm --- but that's fine, earlier is better in my book!). But it was two other employees and not Elias.

They were nice and professional, but there was confusion over what we needed and wanted. They did an inspection and then said Elias would call us in 15 minutes to go over the findings and give us an estimate. While waiting, I asked them roughly what the problem was and how long it'd take. They said that the condenser coils needed to be serviced and it'd take about an hour but they couldn't start until we agreed on the estimate.

After waiting for an hour with no call or estimate from Elias, I had to tell them that we couldn't wait any longer since we had to leave for work. 5 minutes later we received a text with an estimate for $3000!

So due to this series of events and confusion, I told them no thanks. I'd like another opinion as we just wanted a tune up and refrigerant refilling. We then got 2 MORE estimates ranging from $975 - $1800.

At this point, I just didn't trust that we were getting honest service. The two workers were nice and courteous. But the lack of communication and confusion of everything from the texts of who was showing up and when to the estimates to the service expected had me wary of going forward with this company. To top it all off, the workers almost left without reconnecting our system! I had to run out and catch them as they were pulling away to ask them to turn it back on. If I hadn't we'd be without ANY air conditioning until we finally got someone else out here.

In a pinch, they are fast and responsive. But if you aren't in an emergency situation, I'd recommend shopping around for a more reliable company

Great job! Made time for my issue quickly. Went beyond original requested job (moved my old oven out to the curb), informed me of dangers present I had been unaware of with electrical, made necessary enhancements to electrical same day (weekend), were knowledgeable, professional, worked quickly, cleaned up and priced appropriately for all of the value added. I will have them back for my next job.

These guys are great! I'm a landlord and needed him to stop by and check out same day. He was there in 30 mins and had repairs done by end of day. Also spent time patently answering all of my questions. If I ever have a issue will definitely be using them in the future!

You know the story: August heat wave in Los Angeles, Tuesday at 8pm A/C quits working. I started calling around first thing Wednesday morning, mostly it was ""next week"" or, at best ""tomorrow"".

Then I called US Comfort, and within minutes Elias called back and said he could come fix my system between 2pm and 6pm THAT SAME DAY.

Sure enough, at 1:30 he called back and said he would be there in 45 minutes, and lo he drove up in his well equipped truck and spiffy uniform at 2:15, crisply and efficiently outlined the repair options and costs, then got to work- impeccable craftsmanship house is already cooler by 4pm :) Also, he adroitly dealt with the previously unnoticed wasp nest (and the inhabitants thereof) in the shutoff box- no extra charge!

The estimate approval, invoicing and payment process was conducted electronically- no paperwork.

Truly a paragon of professionalism and superlative service that I recommend without reservation.

I heard back from US Comfort immediately and within hours, Elyas arrived to inspect the job and give me a quote! Replacement of our old unit occurred within a few days of my approval. Elyas and his co-worker did an excellent job removing and replacing the old unit, followed by a thorough clean-up. I live in an old building, which presented some challenges. Elyas communicated with me all along the way and handled the difficulties with professionalism and skill.

He is quick, courteous, and delivered his work on schedule and on budget. I have discovered that finding skilled and trust-worthy repair service people is almost impossible, but US Comfort delivered in spades. I couldn't be more grateful and pleased with the service they provided.

Elias is amazing!! My AC unit completely crapped out in my business and he was able to replace the entire unit on really short notice. He said it would take 2 days but he worked some magic and it only took 4 hours.

His prices are really good and his level of care to the job he does is top notch. He will forever be my HVAC guy. I cant highly recommend him enough!!

He also took away the old unit which was massive. I didn't even have to ask. THE BEST!!!!
